Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

In order to prove the ability to perform professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for the registration of the business activity as a proof that is registered as a legal entity for conducting the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or to submit a proof that belongs to appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulation of the country where is registered. The Public Revenue Office can issue this kind of document (DRD form) in the Republic of Macedonia.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— total turnover of at least 920 000 000,00 (nine hundred twenty) million denars or 15 000 000 EUR in the last 3 years related to registered activity as stated in article 1.7.1 and having regard this period, the annual turnover for each year should not be less than the amount of 5 000 000 EUR.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— report for the balance sheet notarized by a competent authority, that is revised balance sheet, or excerpts of the report for the balance sheet in case when balance sheet publication is regulated by law in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— statement of the complete sales of the company (data of profit and loss account issued by a competent body, that is revised profit and loss account) and where appropriate, statement of the sales in the field covered by the public procurement contract for the last 3 financial years for which this information is disposable,

— positive audit report issued by a reputable foreign institution registered for audit performing. The audit report should include the data for the total scope of the business for the last 3 years.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— at least 3 realised procurement contracts for the registered activity, as specified in the point 1.7.1, in the last 3 years in the Republic of Macedonia or in the EU member countries, EU membership candidate countries, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan, each with value of at least 61 500 000,00 (sixty one million and fife hundred thousand) million denars or 1 (one million) Euros,

— technical equipment and competence of the economic operator for procurement realization (along equipment, storehouse conditions and capacities, means of transport),

— highly expert technical and educated personnel by the manufacturer of the equipment, obligated for…

… equipment installation,

… equipment maintenance with technical assistance,

… training of the personnel which is to work with the equipment,

— technical equipment and competence of the economic operator, shall provide regular equipment service in the guarantee and post guarantee period.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— copies of at least 3 realised procurement contracts for the registered activity, as specified in point 1.7.1, in the last 3 years in the Republic of Macedonia or in the EU member countries, EU membership candidate countries, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan, each with value of at least 61 500 000,00 (sixty one million and fife hundred thousand) million denars or 1 (one million) Euros,

— statement of the technical equipment and competence of the economic operator, along with description of the equipment, storehouse conditions and capacities, means of transport,

— statement and submission of a certificate issued by the equipment manufacturer, that has provided highly expert technical and educated personnel obligated for…

… equipment installation,

… equipment maintenance with technical assistance,

… training of the personnel which is to work with the equipment,

— statement that the economic operator shall provide regular equipment service in the guarantee and post guarantee period,

— authorization from the manufacturer of the equipment for participation in open call (in original and certified by notary public).
