Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— statement of the economic operator declaring that in the last 5 years the economic operator was not convicted by court law force verdict for participation in activities of a criminal organization, corruption, fraud and money laundering,

— confirmation that a legal action for bankruptcy is not taken by the authorities,

— confirmation that a procedure for liquidation is not proceeded by the authorities,

— company tax certificate (National requirement),

— certificate that there isn't any law force verdict declaring misdemeanor charges which means a ban for execution of a profession, activity and services for the economic operator,

— evidence of enrollment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established,

— certificate from a certified register for crimes committed by legal entities that has been imposed, minor penalty ban on participation in procedures for public announcement, the award of public supply contracts and public-private partnership,

— certificate from certified register of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that has been imposed, minor penalty temporary or permanent prohibition of certain activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— report of the Balance sheet statement certified by the competent body, i.e. revised balance sheet statement or excerpts from the report of the balance sheet statement,

— report of the total turnover of the company (report of the profit-and-loss statement, i.e. revised profit-and loss statement) for the last 3 years.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— minimum 400 000 (four hundred thousand) EUR Annual turnover in the last 3 years.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— list of the main deliveries of the bidders or the candidates, performed during the last 5 years, including the value, dates, buyers (contracting parties or economic operators), whereby the operator submits certificates of the executed deliveries issued by the recipients, or, if it is not possible to provide the certificates due to reasons which are out of economic operator's control, only by submitting a statement of the economic operator about these deliveries,

— evidence for technical support and ability of economy operator - to have personal cupola for melting metal, which can accept at least 500 kg material, and oven which can accept mould of at least 10 m³, to provide measures for quality insurance, to be accoutered and capable for analysis and research,

— statement for description and specification of the technical possibilities of molding equipment for the sculptures in bronze,

— statement for hired artisan and technical personnel and technical bodies, disregarding whether or not they directly belong to the economic operator,

— description and photographs of the products which are subject of the delivery, whereby the economic operator must be able to provide proof about their authenticity if required by the contracting body,

— certificate of quality for the bronze by ISO, CSA, UL, ANSI, DIN, ASME or other international standard,

— samples and description of chemical and other characteristics of the material to be used in casting,

— statement of the economic operator that it will arrange an inspection of the technical capabilities, as well as of the measures of the quality control which are performed by the competent body of the country where the economic operator is registered,

— report about which elements of the contract the economic operator intents to transfer to a subcontractor.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— technical adds - to have personal cupola for melting metal, which can accept at least 500 kg material, and oven which can accept mould of at least 10 m³, and to have experience in performing and assembling sculptures in bronze,

— professional experience of at the last 5 years in casting of bronze sculptures which would be proved by submitting a certificate about the satisfactory performance of the most important works, including the value, term of performing the activities, and data about the buyers i.e. the purchaser,

— at least 3 associates graduated at Academy of Fine Arts and experience in the area of classical figure sculptures for museums, squares, etc.
