Improvement of hydrological regime of Vardar river through Skopje – first phase

Technical solution for reclamation envisages elimination of negative states on the minor riverbed. To eliminate negative conditions, certain interventions need to be made, distributed in two phases, namely:
I phase:
Cleaning-up of the minor riverbed and rehabilitation of the lining.
Stabilization thresholds.
II phase:
Regulation partitions (bag-like partitions).

— Statement by the economic operator that no effective court decision has passed against it in the course of the last five (5) years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry,

— certificate that no bankruptcy procedure is underway issued by the competent authority,

— certificate that no liquidation procedure is underway issued by the competent authority,

— certificate of paid taxes, contributions and other public charges issued by the competent authority of the country where the participant is registered,

— certificate from the Registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal persons that no secondary penalty…

… prohibition to take part in procedures of public call, awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts for public-private partnership has been passed against it,

… of temporary or permanent prohibition to perform individual activity has been passed against it,

— certificate that no misdemeanour sanction has been passed against it– prohibition to perform profession, activity or other duty, or temporary prohibition to perform certain activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Relevant bank statements,

— annual balance statement certified by the competent authority or audited balance statement or excerpts from the balance statement in cases where dissemination of the balance statement is regulated by the law of the country of the economic operator registration,

— statement of the overall turnover of the company (data from the balance of success issued by competent authority or audited balance of success) and where appropriate from the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract for the last three financial years at most for which such information is available depending on the date on which the company was founded or commenced with operations and depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— The minimum annual turnover of financial resources of the economic operator is not lower than 50 000 000,00 MKD (Macedonian currency) approximately 813 008,00 EUR for each year separately (enclose table with total turnover for each year separately for the last 3 years),

— positive financial operations,

— the tenderer should prove that they have access to at least 1 000 000,00 MKD (Macedonian currency) approximately 16 300,00 EUR, financial sources of the funds required for performance of initial works.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— List of things that are made in the last 5 years on production of certificate of satisfactory performance of the most important things, including the value confirmed, time and location of the works and statements whether things are done in accordance with the rules of business and whether they are properly completed, educational and professional qualifications of the economic operator or its managerial staff, and especially those who are responsible for execution of specific works,

— statement for engaged technical staff and technical bodies, particularly those responsible for quality control, regardless of whether they belong directly to the economic operator,

— statement of economic operator to the average annual number of employees and the number of technical staff in the past three years,

— statement of the technical equipment that economic operator has available to perform specific work,

— information about the elements of the agreement that economic operator intends to give to a subcontractor,

— original or certified copy of the contract by the bidder and a certificate from the developer for satisfactory performance of at least 3 contracts conducted realized the same or similar things in the last 5 years,

— bidder to submit M1/M2 forms for at least 30 permanent employees with adequate qualifications,

— B license for construction of buildings, the second category in accordance with Article 57 of the building, (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 130/2009, 124/2010 and Br.28/2011).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Tenderer shall have at least 5 year working experience in the subject area of works,

— tenderer shall be registered for execution of civil works and posses appropriate license for execution of first category buildings in accordance with Article 57 of the Law on Building, (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 130/2009, 124/2010 and no.28/2011),

— license for execution of first category buildings in accordance with Article 57 of the Law on Building, (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 130/2009, 124/2010 and no.28/2011),

— minimum number of at least 3 implemented contracts for executed works of same or similar nature in the last five years,

— economic operator shall have at least 30 full time employees, of whom 5 engineers at minimum with appropriate educational background (qualifications of employees – university level, secondary school level, highly qualified), of whom:

—— at least 2 full time employed hydro-engineers (university level) with at least 5 years working experience in the profession, be sure to have the power to engineer A Performance,

—— at least 1 graduate surveyor with at least 5 years working experience in the field,

— least 2 full time employees graduate Civil Engineers, with at least 5 years working experience with authority A for performance of buildings.
