Making-casting of monument-sculpture "Macedonian duke on horse" in bronze

The Contractor shall made-cast the monument – sculpture in bronze by a plaster model five meters high and relieves for the lectern in proportion 1:1 of which the contractor shall cast a bronze sculpture and relieves with total square surface of 8,4 m².

Prove its capability for doing vocational activity, the economic operator shall submit a document for registered activity as an evidence that he is registered as physical or legal entity for doing the activity which is the subject of the contract for public procurement or evidence that is part of an appropriate vocational collective in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— copy of the whole trade of the company(information from the balance sheet issued by a competent authority, is the revised balance sheet), and when needed, the trade in the branch which is the subject of the contract for public procurement no more then the last 3 financial years for which there is data available, depending on the date of the register of the company or started doing business and depending on the availability of the data.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum of 30 000 000,00 EUR annual turnover of the economic operator in the past 3 years.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Technical requirements: to have its own blastfurnace with a capacity of at least 500 kilograms, and a kiln that can take a mould of at least 10 m³, and to have experience in making and assembling of bronze sculptures;

— List of main services (casting of sculptures), which have been completed in the past 5 years by enclosing a certificate for satisfactory work of the primary operations, and also costs, time of accomplishment of the works and information about the buyers, ie the orderer,

— At least three associates with a degree in academy of plastic art and experience in the realm of classic figure sculpture for museums, squares et.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

List of primary deliveries to the orderers or candidates in the past three years, together with costs, dates, buyers (contract authorities or economic operators), by enclosing a acknowledgment for completed deliveries by the orderers, or just with a statement for completed deliveries, if such can’t be obtained by the economic operator for unknown reasons,

— proof for technical facilities and capability of the economic operator- own metal blastfurnace with a capacity of at least 500 kilograms and a kiln that can take a mold of at least 10 m³, provisions for quality assurance and its equipment and qualification for probing and researching,

— statement for employing technical personnel and bodies, no matter if they indirectly are part of the economic operator,

— certificates for quality control and approved competence issued by corresponding authorities, which test the suitability of the products that was clearly established by sticking to the specifications and standards,

— notification for the contract elements which the economic operator shall deliver to the subcontractors.

— acknowledgment for paid taxes, contributions and other public tolls by a competent authority from the country where the economic operator is registered,

— acknowledgment by the penalty registry for…

… commited criminal acts on legal entities that he hasn’t been ruled with a minor verdict- ban for participation in procedures for public interest, award of contracts for public procurement and contracts for public-private partnership,

… committed criminal acts on legal entities that he hasn’t been ruled with minor verdict temporary or permanent ban for foing specific activity and,

— legally valid acknowledgement that he hasn’t been ruled with a violation sanction- ban for doing vocation, activity or obligation, ie temporary ban for doing specific activity.
