— certificate that no bankruptcy proceedings have been instituted by a competent body,
— certificate that no liquidation proceedings have been instituted by a competent body,
— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public expenses from a competent body from the country where the economic operator is registered,
— certificate issued by the Sanction Register for crimes committed by legal entities that no secondary sanction has been passed by verdict in force for…
… prohibition of participating in procedures for public announcement, awarding of public procurement contracts and agreements for public-private partnership,
… temporary or permanent prohibition of performing certain activity,
— certificate that no offence sanction has been passed by verdict in force - prohibition from practising a profession, activity or duty that is temporary prohibition from exercising a certain duty.

— total annual turnover of at least 90 (ninety) million denars for the last three years regarding wholesale of drugs, adjuvant agents and medical appliances.

— copies of at least three realised procurement contracts regarding the activity related to the registration for exercising of activity of the economic operator (wholesale of drugs, adjuvant agents and medical appliances) in a total value of minimum 50 (fifty) million denars, for the last three years, with obtained statements for realized timely deliveries issued by the purchasers,

— university degree certificates for the employed pharmacists,
— M1/M2 forms for all employees,

— notification for the elements of the contract which the economic operator intends to delegate to subcontractors.

— at least three realised procurement contracts with public health institutions or the Ministry of Health regarding the activity related to the registration for exercising of activity of the economic operator (wholesale of drugs, adjuvant agents and medical appliances) with a total value of at least 50 (fifty) million denars,

— The products shall have the marketing authorization in the Republic of Macedonia, issued by the Ministry of Health - the Drug Bureau,
— at least 20 (twenty) employees, of whom at least 5 (five) graduate pharmacists.
Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:
— As part of the tender, the economic operator is bound to provide participation guarantee (tender guarantee) in the amount of 1 % of the total tender value excluding VAT,
— The guarantee shall be in bank guarantee form, issued by a renowned bank institution selected by the economic operator. All banks shall be eligible for the procuring entity.
