— statement of the economic operator that no effective verdict has been issued against the economic operator within the past five years for participation in a crime organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— confirmation from the Registry of penalties for committed acts of crime by legal entities…

… stating that the economic operator has not been issued an additional penalty - ban on participating in procedures for open calls, for awarding public procurement contracts and for public-private partnership contracts,

… that the Economic Operator has not been issued an additional penalty - temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity,

— confirmation stating that an effective verdict has not been issued to the economic operator imposing misdemeanour sanction – banning the economic operator from conducting a business, activity or duty, i.e. a temporary ban on performing a particular activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— balance sheet verified by a competent body, i.e. an audited balance sheet, or extracts from the balance sheet, in cases where the disclosure of the balance sheet is regulated by law in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— extract from the overall turnover of the enterprise (datum from the profit and loss account issued by a competent body, i.e. an audited profit and loss account) and, where appropriate, from the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract and for maximum of the last three financial years (2008, 2009 and 2010) for which such information is available depending on the date when the enterprise was established or commenced operations and depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— minimum condition for determining the economic and financial status is for the economic operator to have generated positive financial operation in the past three financial years. (2008, 2009 and 2010).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— reference list of performed services of the same or similar type with the respective procurement in the last 5 (five) years at the least (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011), with data on the purchasers, value of the contracts and dates, with the enclosure of at least 3 (three) copies of the contracts and 3 (three) confirmations of timely and high-quality performance of the services for the submitted copies of the contracts issued by the purchasers specified in the reference list,

— description and photographs of the products from the previously performed services (works of art), whose credibility should be confirmed by the economic operator if that is requested by the contracting body,

— statement for the disposal of the requested technical equipment: personal metal melting furnace with a capacity of the pot of at least 300 kg,

— list of the persons who shall be hired by the economic operator, (for professional advices during the realization of the respective procurement), proof for their professional qualifications and short CV,

— statement of the economic operator for providing inspection of its technical capacities at the request of the contracting body,

— statement of the bidder that the entire cast bronze shall have the quality which meets the requirements from the technical specification and it shall be in accordance with the required standard,

— statement of the bidder for providing inspection of the cast bronze by the contracting body at any time,

— statement of the bidder stating that if it is selected as…

… a most favourable bidder, it shall compulsorily insure all positions of transportation during the performance and it shall submit the policy at the time of concluding the contract, whereby the insurance policy shall be from a company or reinsurer with A+ rating,

… most favourable bidder, it shall provide storage of the performed moulds in duration of 20 years.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— at least 5 (five) years of working experience for performance and installation of works of art made of bronze and minimum 3 (three) concluded contracts for performed services of the same or similar type with the respective procurement,

— technical possibilities, i.e. possession of personal metal melting furnace with a capacity of the pot of at least 300 kg,

— at least 3 (three) collaborators with a degree of the appropriate academy of fine arts and experience in matters from the area of the classic figurative art for professional advices during the realization of the respective procurement, regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator,

— to provide compulsory inspection of its technical capacities at the request of the contracting body,

— to guarantee that the entire cast bronze shall have the quality which meets the requirements from the technical specification and that it is in accordance with the required standard,

— to provide compulsory inspection of the cast bronze by the contracting body,

— if the bidder is selected as a most favourable bidder, it shall compulsorily insure all positions of transportation during the performance and it shall submit the policy at the time of concluding the contract, whereby the insurance policy shall be from a company or reinsurer with A+ rating,

— if the bidder is selected as most favourable bidder, it shall provide storage of the performed moulds in duration of 20 years.
