The economic operator shall submit a document on registered activity as evidence that it was registered as a physical or legal entity for performing activities related to the subject of contract for public procurement or proof that it belongs to the relevant professional association in compliance with the legislation of the country where it is registered.

— Statement of the economic operator that in the last five years has not been effective sentenced for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— Certificate that there is no bankruptcy procedure by the competent authority,
— Certificate that there is no liquidation procedure by a competent authority,
— Certificate for paid taxes and other taxes by a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is established,
— Certificate of the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that such penalty ort ban is not imposed for participating in procedures for public announcements, award of public supply contracts and public-private partnership,
— Confirmation that the verdict has not been imposed a misdemeanor sanction - ban on performing professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing certain activities.

— In cases complex goods are procured, or in exceptional cases for special intentions, control of the production capacities of the economic operator is performed, or id necessary, of its capacities for study and research including quality control measures, conducted by the contracting body or, on its behalf, by an authorized body in the country in which the economic operator is registered, and,
