To evidence their personal status, within the bid, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:
— statement made by the economic operator that no final judgment has been rendered to the economic operator for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry in the period of the last 5 years,
— certificate stating that no bankruptcy proceedings has been opened, issued by a competent authority,
— certificate stating that no liquidation proceedings has been opened, issued by a competent authority,
— certificate of paid taxes and other public duties issued by the competent authority in the country in which the economic operator is registered,
— certificate from the legal entities penal registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction…
… – prohibition to participate in public competitions, contract award procedures and ppp award procedures,
… - temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain professional activity,
— certificate that it is not being sanctioned for misdemeanor with an effective court decision, resulting in prohibition for pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.
The statement referred to line one of point 2.2 shall be prepared and signed by the economic operator and it does not have to be certified by the competent authority.
The certificates referred to in lines 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of point 2.2 shall be issued by the competent authority in the country where the economic operator has been registered. If the above stated documents are not issued in the country in which the economic operator is registered, the Contracting authority shall accept statements made by the economic operators, certified by a competent authority. The above-listed documents shall not be issued more than 6 months back.

— description of the manufacturing and technical capacities, research and training facilities as well as the measures to be taken for manufacturing quality assurance,

— API Spec 12J.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
— list of main deliveries executed in the last three years including values, dates and buyers thereof, proving at least 200 metering and metering-regulation stations deliveries for natural gas on annual basis,
— certificates of already executed main deliveries in the last three years issued by the related buyers,
— statement of qualifications and cvs of the technical personnel and other experts in charge of contract realization,
— description of the manufacturing and technical capacities, research and training facilities as well as the measures to be taken for manufacturing quality assurance,
— statement in respect of product warranty for a period of 18 months as from the date commissioning, i.e. 24 months of the delivery date, i.e. one year after successful commissioning date, including free of charge replacement of spare parts,
— statement guaranteeing manufacturing and spare parts supply in a period of at least 15 years,
— draft-list of spare parts necessary for proper and smooth operation of the metering regulation station for a period of 24 months after the expiry of the warranty period,
— documents evidencing eligibility and conformity of the equipment, spare parts and services…
… consisting of a completed form comprising the price list pursuant to the technical specification,
… with the tender documentation in a form of brochures, drawings and data comprising:
— detailed description of the metering-regulation station’s essential technical and functional characteristics,
— list of complete data including the available spare parts sources necessary for proper and smooth operation of the equipment within the warranty period,
— comments on each item of the technical specification verifying the conformity of the equipment with the specification requirements or deviations and exceptions in regard to the technical specification provisions,
— information about the maintenance, the necessary special tools and the spare parts,
— safety risk assessment which shall sum up the whole risk which can not be lowered in the process of equipment designing by the economic operator,
— drawings and cross sections in appropriate scale with all dimensions and a general schedule of the whole main proposed equipment. the necessary working space, maintenance, installation or removal of each main component shall be presented in the drawings. the weight and size of each main component, as well as the weight of the heaviest part which has to be lifted by crane, shall also be included,
