— Statement made by the economic operator that no final judgment has been rendered to the economic operator for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry in the period of the last 5 years,

— Certificate stating that no bankruptcy proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority,

— Certificate stating that no liquidation proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority,

— Certificate of paid taxes and other public dues issued by the competent authority in the country in which the economic operator is registered,

— Certificate issued by the Register of sentences on committed crimes by legal entities, stating that no criminal sanction has been…

… pronounced - prohibition from participation in public call procedures, awarding of public procurement contracts of public-private partnership partnerships contracts,

… pronounced– temporary or permanent interdiction for exercising certain business activity, and,

— Certificate stating that no criminal sanction has been pronounced under a final judgment – interdiction to exercise certain profession or business activity or duty, i.e. temporary interdiction for exercising certain business activity issued by the competent authority.

Remark: In case the country where the economic operator is registered doe not issue the above stated documents, the Contracting Authority shall accept Certificates by the bidders, certified before the competent authority. The specified documents shall not be issued more than 6 months ago.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Statement of the company’s total turnover (Income statement information issued by the competent authority, i.e. a audited Income statement) for the last three years, showing the positive operation of the economic operator.

— List of main deliveries in the last 3 years, with values, dates and buyers thereof, showing that the economic operator has delivered at least 10 natural gas cyclone – filtering systems in the last 3 years,

— Certificates of already executed main deliveries in the last 3 years issued by the related buyers or, provided such certificates can not be obtained for reasons that are out of the operator’s control, operator’s statement of deliveries executed,

— Statement of qualifications of technical personnel and other experts who will be in charge of the contract implementation; as well as for monitoring and quality assurance,

— Description of manufacturing, technical and research plants, training plants, as well as the measures taken as to provide for quality assurance,

— Statement in respect of warranty of the equipment for a period of 12 months as from the commencement date, i.e. period of 18 months after the delivery, including free of charge replacement with new spare parts,

— Certificate guaranteeing manufacturing and supply of spare parts for a period of at least 15 years,

— Documents evidencing the eligibility and compliance of the complete equipment and services with the Tender Documentation.

Quality system standards:

ISO 9001 : 2008.

Environmental management standards:

ISO 14001 : 2004.
