Conditions to be fulfilled by economic operators in view of their qualification: Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: In order to provide proof for its personal condition, the economic operator shall submit the following documents: statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years, an effective court decision for participation in a criminal organization, act of corruption, fraud or money laundering has not been stated against it; certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by a competent authority; certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by a competent authority; certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established; and certificate that no sanction for misdemeanor with an effective court decision has been stated against it, resulting in prohibition for pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity a document for registered activity DRA form issued by the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia for the performance of a main activity, or proof issued by the relevant authorities in the country where the economic operator was registered. The documentation from item III.2.1 shall not be older than 6 months, and shall be submitted as an original sample or a copy certified by the economic operator.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Balance sheets certified by competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheets or extracts from the balance sheets, where publication of the balance sheet is required under the law of the country in which the economic operator is established, for the last 3 years; statements regarding the overall turnover of the company (information from the profit and loss account issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited profit and loss account) for the last 3 years. Minimal criteria for determination of the economic and financial standing of the economic operator The economic operator must have realized a annual turnover of minimum 325 200 EUR, in the last 3 years.

Техничка и професионална способност:

List of least 100 staff persons with the proof from the Agency for working in the following areas: minimum 70 persons for sevicing of higiene, 1 person for organisation and coordination and 1 person for controling the quality of the servicing.

— minimum 30 persons for current and tehnical servicing and contol of the object from who: minimum 3 persons for electricity, 3 plumbers, 2 controlors of the system for central warning, 2 workers for painting, 1 locksmith, 3 engineers - architects or construction and mechanical or electrical engineers, minimum 2 qualified persons for emergency intervention for jaming the lifts in the object or other staff,

— standing staff of 6 persons from different profiles for servicing, 1 person for organising and coordination of the activity, 1 person for controling the quality of the servicing, who will be in the object from 8:30 - 16:30 in the working days and for the other days to have organised duty for servicing,

— minimum equipment who must have the economic operator for doing the services: 50 machines for cleaning powder, 5 pumps for pumping the water, mashine for cleaning the marble and other equipment.
