The payment is realized in 36 monthly installments during the contract validity period under conditions of - 0 % participation in the purchase of the vehicle. The first installment for paying off shall be paid by the contracting body within 30 days from the date of the full delivery of the vehicles. The rest of the equal monthly installments, the 35 in total, shall be paid by the contracting body from 10th-15th in the current month, upon received invoice. The invoice is to be sent by 5th of the current month. Deadline and place of delivery. The Contractor is bound, within 90 (ninety) days at the latest from the date of signing of the contract, to deliver the contracted vehicles in Skopje, in the MOI facility. Vehicle guarantee period -3 years or 100 000 kilometers depending on what shall first occur.

— a statement of the economic operator that in the last five years a final court decision hasn’t been pronounced to him for participation in a felonious organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— confirmation that a procedure of bankruptcy is not opened by the relevant authority,

— confirmation that liquidation procedure is not opened by the relevant authority,

— confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public expenditures by an relevant authority from the country where the economic operator is registered,

— Confirmation by the Register of penalties for perpetrated criminal deeds regarding the legal entities that a minor penalty of prohibition for participation in public call procedures was not pronunced, awarding contracts for public procurements and contracts of public-private parthership,

— confirmation by the Register of penalties for perpetrated criminal deeds of the legal entities that a minor penalty, temporary or permanent prohibition was not pronounced for performing a particilar business/activity,

— a document for registered business/activity as an evidence that the registration of a physical or legal entity was made for performing of the business related to the subject of the contract for public procurement or an evidence that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the rules of the country where it is registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— proof of possession of authorized (by the manufacturer of the offered vehicles) personal/rented/contract for business technical cooperation, sales “saloon” for sales of the goods being subject to the procurement,

— proof of possession of personal/rented/contract for business technical cooperation, authorized (by the manufacturer of the offered vehicles) service for providing services and maintenance of the vehicles during the validity of the contract,

— of possession of personal/rented/contract for business technical cooperation,…

… storage place with spare parts for the offered vehicles,

… free of charge ”barge“ service in case of defect of the vehicles, or traffic accident on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia for the validity period of the contract of 3 (three) years,

— statement about provision a free of charge technical examination of the functionality of the vehicles at every six months in authorized service/services,

— complete technical documentation for the vehicle, with all technical and functional features,

— statement of free of charge replacement/balancing of summer and winter pneumatics (in total 6 rotations) for the validity of the contract of 3 (three) years,

— statement that a professional staff shall be engaged responsible for realization of the contract,

— statement of engagement of professional staff in charge of providing services and maintenance of the vehicles for the time of validity of the contract (if the bidder offers services in more than one authorized/licensed service it is necessary to state the persons from those services with whom the contracting body shall make contacts for provision of the services).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— to possess authorized (by the manufacturer of the offered vehicles) personal/rented/contract for business technical sales “saloon”, for sale of the goods which are subject to this procurement,

— to possess one personal/rented/contract for business technical cooperation,…

… authorized (by the manufacturer of the offered vehicles) service for providing services and maintenance of the vehicles,

… storage space with spare parts for the offered vehicles,

— to secure personal/rented/contract for business technical cooperation, free of charge “barge” service in case of disfunction of the vehicles, or traffic accident, on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia for the duration of the contract 3 (three) years,

— to provide free of charge technical check of the functionality of the vehicles at each 6 months in an authorized service/services.

Bank guarantee of the offer in an amount of 1,5 % from the bid, with no VAT included, in a currency value of the bid.
