IV.2.3) Economic and financial condition of the economic operator.
Required documents for proving the economic state of the economic operator:
— report on the balance verified by the authorized body, that is, revised balance sheet or extracts from the balance for the last three years (2008, 2009, 2010), in cases when publishing of balances has been prescribed by the law in country where the economic operator has been registered,

— financial report on the entire turnover of the company (data from the balance of success issued by the authorized body that is, revised balance of success) for the last three years (2008, 2009, 2010).
Minimum criterion for identification of the economic and financial state of the economic operator:
Minimum of 50 000 000,00 denars total annual turnover in the last 3 (three) years (2008, 2009, 2010).
IV.2.4) Technical and professional capacity of the economic operator.
Documents required for the technical and professional capacity of the economic operator.
The economic operator proves its fulfillment of the minimum standards by submitting of:
— reference list of deliveries of the same type of provision or similar type of provision accomplished in the last 5 years,
— certificate for the number of employees (In the Republic of Macedonia the authorized body for issuing certificates for the number of employees is the Employment Agency of RM,
— statement on the logistic personnel or logistic bodies to be engaged, no matter whether they belong directly with the economic operator or not,
— graphic, sketch of every product that is subject of the contract,
— sample of every kind product that is subject of the contract,
— information on the elements in the framework agreement that the economic operator intends to give with subcontract for production to other entity.
Minimum criteria for identification of the technical and professional state of the economic operator:
— at least 3 deliveries of goods of the same or similar type to the one that is subject of the provision in the last 5 years,
— at least 20 employees employed permanently on full time basis.
IV.2.5) Standards for the system of quality:
— for the purpose of qualifying as capable for performing the framework agreement for public provision in the viewpoint of standards for system of quality the economic operator needs to produce the goods in accordance with the standards, legislation and technical regulations for this kind of goods,
