— Statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years he has not received an indictment for participating in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— confirmation that the economic operator has not filed for bankruptcy,
— confirmation that there is no active liquidation procedure on the economic operator,
— confirmation for the paid taxes and other public fees by the competent institution in the country in which the economic operator is registered,
— confirmation from the registry of penalties for criminal activities of the legal entities that there is no…
… secondary ban for participating in public tenders, bids for public procurement and contracts for public-private partnerships,
… secondary, temporary or permanent, ban for engaging in certain types of activities,
— confirmation that the there is no legal sanction on prohibiting certain professions, activities or duties and temporary ban for conducting certain activity.

— Balance report filed in an appropriate institution and revised balance report or excerpts from balance report in cases where the publishing of such reports is required by the law of the country where the economic operator is registered for 2009, 2010 and 2011,

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
— to have a positive financial balance in the last three fiscal years,
— to have minimum of 150 000 000,00 MKD of annual revenue in the last 3 (three) years in total,
— to have on its bank account no less than 19 000 000,00 MKD in continuity of 10 working days counting from before the opening of the bids.
Техничка и професионална способност:
— List of works conducted in the last five years with values, dates and receipts for them issued by the clients,
— for the works on protected goods as a contractor or sub-contractor, a copy is needed of the contracts with the clients / a receipt from the clients, photograph of the conducted work and inspection of them by the responsible authority,
— statement for educational and professional qualifications of the economic operator or his expert employees, especially the persons responsible for the job in question,
— statement for hiring of technical personal and technical organs regardless of whether they are directly employed by the economic operator,
— statement for technical equipment and the necessary mechanization needed for the fulfillment of the contract (proven by the copy of the traffic license, contract for leasing, invoice),
— information about the elements of the contract that the economic operator is going to subcontract to a different legal entity and the information about that entity,
— statement of the responsible person for the bidder that gives a guarantee that the works will have 2 (two) years of warranty after their completion,
— a license for construction.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
The economic operator needs to submit a proof that it has at his disposal a highly qualified personal with appropriate permits in accordance with the construction law:
— machine engineer 2 (two) with permits A for construction,
— architect 4 (four) with permit A for construction,
— construction engineer 1 (one) with permit A for construction.
The economic operator needs to submit a proof that he owns or has an access to the following minimal mechanization and equipment:
— 1 (one) excavator,
— 2 (two) trucks.
