For to prove its personal status, the economic operator is to submit the:

— Statement of the economic operator that in the last 5 years it was not sentenced for taking part into a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry,

— Confirmation issued by a competent authority that a…

… bankruptcy procedure hasn't been opened,

… procedure on liquidation hasn't been opened,

— Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public levies issued by a competent authority of the country where the economic operator was registered,

— Certificate that by a valid sentence it was not charged by a ban for conducting profession, activity or.

Duties, i.e. temporary ban for conducting specific activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Document for register activity (DRD Sample),

— Minimum current assets during the period of one year in amount of 900 000 000,00 MKD pro year during the last 3 years,

— Profit and loss account report and balance sheet that proves the company hasn’t made loss in the last three years,

— Report from a well known Audit team for the last three years for foreign bidders,

— If the economic operator performs the activity in a period less than three years, the minimum requirements for establishing the economic and finance capacity shall be that the economic operator achieved the required current assets in the years for the given data.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— License for transporting of dangerous goods issued by the ministry of transport and connections,

— Own minimum 7 (seven) truck-tank technically proved with ADR certificate for transportation of dangerous goods issued by the Mechanical faculty –Skopje and all the license and permits according to the Law for transportation of dangerous goods and the Law for safety in the road transport,

— Confirmation for a minimum 6 (six) persons owning ADR drivers certificate employed in the economic operator,

— License from the regulatory energetic commission of R.M. for a trade with naphtha and naphtha derivatives,

— Licensed councellor for safety during the transportation of dangerous goods by road transport,

— International standard ISO 9001-2008.

The economic operator proves the fulfillment of the standard by showing:

Certificate of quality management according to the international standards ISO 9001-2008 issued by an EU entitled body.

— International standard ISO 14001-2004.

Certificate for environmental safety management according to the international standards ISO 14001-2004 issued by an EU entitled body.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

— Guarantee offer: yes. (3,00 %),

— Guarantee for quality performed contract: yes (15,00 %).
