… imposed under the ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and contracts for public-private partnership,

… a penalty imposed under temporary or permanent ban on performing certain activities,

— Confirmation that a final judgment is rendered injunction against performing profession, activity or duty, ie temporary prohibition for performing certain activities,

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

To have realized an annual turnover of at least 100 000 000,00 MKD for the last 3 (three) years (2009, 2010 and 2011) each year.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Reference list of main deliveries of the tenderers or candidates performed in the last three years, with values, dates and beneficiaries (both contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing a minimum of five (5) receipts for deliveries made issued by the recipient or, if such statements can be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, by his statement made deliveries,

— Description of the technical equipment and capacity of economic operators,

— Proof of having minimum 3 (three) registered vehicles tanks for oil deliveries (copies of the registration of tanks),

— Declaration of technical equipment and capacity,

— Statement for the employee and other technical personnel employed by the bidder who will be responsible for implementation of the agreement and statement of the persons responsible for quality control,

— M1/M2 form showing all employees with special emphasis on the number of drivers of tankers available to the Bidder,

— License for performing energy activities in wholesale oil and petroleum derivatives issued by the Regulatory Commission of Macedonia,

— For foreign persons - economic operators license or other appropriate document for performing energy activity - wholesale oil and petroleum derivatives issued by a competent authority in accordance with regulations of the country where it is registered,

— Certificates of calibration of measuring instruments for serving the oil,

— Reporting on the elements of the contract that the economic operator intends to subcontract to third parties,

— Statement that the bidder accepts the terms of the call.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— To have completed at least 5 identical or similar things in the last 3 years (2009, 2010 and 2011), with a value not less than 3.5 million MKD for each job,

— To dispose of technical equipment (equipment, specialized vehicles, tank) and ability of the economic operator performing the activity (at least 3 specialized funds tanks owned economic operator),

— To dispose of qualified staff,

— To have license for performing energy activities in wholesale oil and petroleum derivatives issued by the Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Macedonia and foreign persons - economic operators license or other appropriate document for performing energy activity - wholesale oil and oil derivatives issued by a competent authority in accordance with regulations of the country where it is registered,

— To have attestation for calibration of measuring instruments for serving the oil.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

1.In addition to the bid, the bidder shall submit a signed statement of the seriousness of the offer, which should use the form of a declaration given in Appendix to the tender documentation

2.The condition for signing a contract with the most favorable bidder is providing a bank guarantee by the selected best bidder for quality execution of the contract in the amount of 10 % of contract value.

It provides the following payment terms: For each individual shipment, the economic operator will submit an invoice to each subject individually.
