"Top management - phase II" is a project to be realized in the period 2012-2013, in a manner that will allow for local managers that have already completed theoretical training during the former phase of the project “Top management 2008–2010” to now practically acquire modern skills and knowledge to manage their companies. The project implementation will directly contribute to improving the competitiveness and development of the Macedonian economy.
The project objective, that is, the object of procurement is:
— Organizing practical training in companies in developed countries abroad for up to 50 managers from the Republic of Macedonia who have already completed theoretical training in management, marketing, entrepreneurship, financial management within the “Top management 2008-2010” project.

— Statement submitted by the bidder that in the last 5 years effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering was not pronounced against it,

— Certificate that no bankruptcy procedure was opened by a competent authority,

— Certificate that no liquidation procedure was opened by a competent authority,

— Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties issued by a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered,

— Certificate from the Register of penalties for criminal offences committed by legal persons that auxiliary penalty for…

… prohibition to participate in procedures of public invitation, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts for public-private partnership was not imposed against it,

… temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain activity was not imposed against it,

— Certificate that a sanction for misdemeanour resulting in prohibition for pursuing a profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing certain activity was not pronounced against it with an effective court decision.

— Statement on the overall turnover of the company (data from the income statement issued by competent authority).

— List of main services (reference list) performed by the bidders in the last 3 years, with values, dates, buyers,

— Copies from contracts for performed services issued by the recipients of the services (enclosed together with the references from article 5),

— Educational and professional qualifications of the economic operator and his/her professional staff.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

1. Statement on the seriousness of the bid:

As mandatory element from the bid, the bidder should submit signed statement on the seriousness of the bid, using the form of statement – Appendix 6 on this tender documentation. If there is a violation on the given Statement on seriousness of the bid, a negative reference against the bidder, will be issued, under the terms laid down in the low for public procurements. The statement is signed by the person who signs the bid. If the person who signed the statement is different with the person who signs the bid, in addition should be submitted an authorization to sign a statement.

2. Performance guarantee:

The winning bidder shall provide a performance guarantee in a form of a bank guarantee amounting to 5 % of the contract value, which shall be issued by a reputable (respectable) banking institution.

The performance guarantee issued by a bank shall be valid until complete execution of the public procurement contract.

The contracting authority shall be paying the bid price according to the following way:

1. Contracting Authority at least ten (10) days before the beginning of the training will pay the contractor funds for reimbursement for accommodation and daily expenses managers.

The Contractor is obligated to transfer the funds paid by the Contracting Authority as compensation for accommodation and daily expenses for at least three (3) days before departure to pay managers;

2. Payment for the rest or the contract value will be done upon completion of the service and submitted, separately for each manager, with enclosing invoices and reports on the execution of the service-subject to the procurement.

In case of reduction of the funds in the budget, the contracting authority reserves the right to request amendment to the timetable of the payment and / or implementation, in accordance with Article 26 b of the Law on Public Procurement.

Advance payment for the subject to the procurement there will not be.
