— Statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years he has not received an indictment for participating in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— Confirmation that the economic operator has not filed for bankruptcy,

— Confirmation that there is no active liquidation procedure on the economic operator,

— Confirmation for the paid taxes and other public fees by the competent institution in the country in which the economic operator is registered,

— Confirmation from the registry of penalties for criminal activities of the legal entities that there is no…

… secondary ban for participating in public tenders, bids for public procurement and contracts for public-private partnerships,

… secondary, temporary or permanent, ban for engaging in certain types of activities,

— Confirmation that the there is no legal sanction on prohibiting certain professions, activities or duties and temporary ban for conducting certain activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Balance report filed in an appropriate institution and revised balance report or excerpts from balance report in cases where the publishing of such reports is required by the law of the country where the economic operator is registered for 2009, 2010 and 2011,

— Report about the entire revenue of the company (information on the balance of successes issued by an appropriate institution and the revised balance of success) from 2009, 2010 and 2011.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— To have a positive financial balance in the last three fiscal years,

— To have minimum of 150 000 000,00 MKD of annual revenue in the last 3 (three) years individually.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Copies of minimum 3 (three) contracts for preformed works in the field of interior furnishing, all with a value no less than 10 000 000,00 MKD in the last three years,

— At least 3 (three) confirmations (recommendations) for a quality and timely performance in the field of interior furnishing in the last 3 years,

— Statement about the employment of expert and technical personal with M1/M2 form as a proof that the personal is employed with the economic operator as well as their short resumes,

— List of reference for the completed works in the interior furnishing in the last five years, with values, dates and clients,

— Educational and professional qualifications of the economic operator or its management, especially for the persons responsible for the required activity,

— Statement for the technical equipment and competence of the economic operator with the description of the equipment and the basic capacity for production for the realization of the contract,

— Photographs of the completed interior works,

— Statement for the additionally contracted technical personal regardless of whether they are employees of the economic operator,

— List of responsible persons (name, last name, description of completed works) that will be directly involved in the realization of the contract,

— List of persons (name, last name) that will be responsible for quality control,

— Information about the elements of the contract that the economic operator plans to sub-contract to other entities with all the relevant information about them. The sub-contracted parts can not be in advance of 30 % of the total amount of work. If the economic operator does not intend to sub-contract anyone he is obliged to submit a statement that all the works will be conducted by him,

— Statement for quality and timely completion of the works.

To have minimum of 3 (three) completed works in the field of interior furnishing, each with an individual value of no less than 10 000 000,00 MKD in the last three years.
