In order to prove its personal circumstances, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— Statement of the economic operator that, within the last five years, he/she has not had any legally effective judgment for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering, pronounced against him/her;

— Confirmation that he/she is not subject to a…

— Confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public dues issued by a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered;

— Confirmation from the Registry of Offences for Committed Crimes by Legal…

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Required documents for proving the economic circumstances of the economic operator:

— The minimum annual revenue of financial means of the economic operator in the past 3 years (2010, 2011, 2012) shall not be lower than EUR 5 000 000,00 for each year individually.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum criteria for determining the economic and financial circumstances of the economic operator:

— Report on the Balance Sheet certified by the competent authority, or Audited Balance Sheet for the last 3 years, or excerpts from the Report on the Balance Sheet in cases when the disclosure of the Balance Sheet is prescribed by the law in the country where the Economic Operator is registered showing positive financial results for the last year.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Required documents for proving the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:

— The Economic Operator has performed similar works in the last 5 years in a value exceeding 3 000 000,00 EUR.

— The Economic Operator has a Licence A for contracting and Authorisation A for contracting engineer.

— The Economic Operator shall have expert and technical staff required to execute the subject matter of the procurement as follows:

— Minimum 30 (thirty) employees for a continuous period of the last 3 years (2010, 2011, 2012),

— Architect with Authorisation A for contracting, minimum 2 persons,

— Civil engineer with Authorisation A for contracting, minimum 3 persons,

— Mechanical engineer with Authorisation A for contracting, minimum 1 person,

— Electrical engineer with Authorisation A for contracting, minimum 1 persons,

— Highly qualified and qualified works, minimum 20 persons from all occupations required for civil engineering, locksmith, electrical and handicraft works.

— The Economic Operator shall be technically equipped for the implementation of the procurement, as follows:

— min. 2 excavators with 100 kW or more;

— min. 3 vibrating-compressing devices,

— min. 3 trucks with load capacity exceeding 10 tonnes,

— min. 1 crane (fixed) with an arm longer than 12 meters,

— min. 1 auto-hoist with load capacity exceeding min. 20 tonnes,

— min. 4 trucks for ready-made concrete with load capacity of min. 7 m

— min. 2 concrete pumping-in devices.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum criteria for establishing the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:

— Reference list of same or similar works for the last 5 years, incl. number of contract, values and types of performed works, by submitting at least 1 (one) letter of confirmation for satisfactory performance of the major works issued by the recipient of the completed works.

— License A for contracting and Authorisation A for the contracting engineers (copy).

— Statement for sufficient staff to perform the procurement.

— List of persons incl. data for the completion of the procurement subject matter by enclosing documents that the Economic Operator has at its disposal staff (M1/M2) and evidence for the engineers with authorisation for design of construction.

— List of equipment and construction machinery required to perform the procurement incl. documents proving that they are at disposal to the Economic Operator (enclosed Form 5B).
