IV.2.1) In order to prove its personal circumstances, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

- Statement of the economic operator that, within the last 5 years, he/she has not had any legally effective judgment for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering, pronounced against him/her;

- Confirmation that he/she is not subject to a…

IV.2.3) Economic and financial circumstances of the economic operator:

Required documents for proving the economic circumstances of the economic operator:

- Report on the Balance Sheet notarized by the competent authority, or audited Balance Sheet, or excerpts from the Report on the Balance Sheet in cases when the disclosure of the Balance Sheet is prescribed by the law in the country where the economic operator is registered (2010, 2011, 2012).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum criteria for determining the economic and financial circumstances of the economic operator:

- Total annual revenue of 80.000.000denars in the last three years (total for 2009, 2010, 2011).

Техничка и професионална способност:

Required documents for proving the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:

- list of translated titles (published translations of foreign authors into Macedonian) of the economic operator in the last 3 years by stating the titles of the published issue, publisher, year of publishing, circulation and CIP-cataloguing;

- copies of contracts with translators for translation from foreign languages (English, German, French, Italian, and other languages which are used internationally, as well as works translated from Latin, Old Greek and other old languages) into Macedonian of professional literature for at least 200 titles (from the reference list);

- copies of contracts with professional editors (assistant professors or professors) for professional editing of at least 200 published professional titles (from the reference list) that have been translated from foreign languages (English, German, French, Italian, and other languages which are used internationally, as well as works translated from Latin, Old Greek and other old languages) into Macedonian;

- copies of contracts with proof-readers (with passed proof-reading exam) for proof-reading of professional literature translated from foreign languages (English, German, French, Italian, and other languages which are used internationally, as well as works translated from Latin, Old Greek and other old languages) into Macedonian of at least 200 published professional titles (from the reference list);

- certificate of number of full-time employees of the Carrier of the procurement (in the Republic of Macedonia, the competent authority for issuing a certificate for the number of employees is the Employment Agency of the R. of Macedonia) and diplomas for completed philological education for a minimum of 20 persons;

- CVs for at least 10 employees that have completed philological education stating their work experience in translation or proof-reading of professional literature;

- statement confirming that the bidder will provide adequate and quality translators and proof-readers in case it is selected as the most favourable bidder;

- statement confirming that the economic operator, in case it has been selected as the most favourable bidder, will submit a list of translators and proof-readers that will be included in the realization of the procurement subject for all titles (enclosed to this list, CVs for each translator and proof-reader should be submitted, including proof-readers' certificates and statement from each translator and proof-reader should be submitted, agreeing to be part of the realization of the procurement subject for each title individually);

- notification of contract elements that the economic operator will subcontract to a subcontractor;

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum criteria for establishing the technical and professional circumstances of the economic operator;

- at least 200 translated titles in the last 3 years (published in Macedonian from foreign languages - English, German, French, Italian, and other languages which are used internationally, as well as works translated from Latin, Old Greek and other old languages) professionally edited and proof-read with circulation of at least 500 copies per issue;

- at least 25 employees as regular employees by the Carrier of the procurement, of whom at least 20 with completed Philology Faculty education, of whom at least 10 with experience in translation or proof-reading of professional literature from foreign languages into Macedonian.

Capability of the economic operator to perform a professional activity:

- Document on registered business activity DRD form.

In order to prove its capability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document on registered business activity as proof for being registered as natural or legal person for performing business activity related to the subject matter of the public procurement contract or proof that it belongs to a respective professional association in accordance with the regulations in the country where it is established.
