Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Respective bank reports of certificates;

— Report on the Balance Sheet notarized by the competent authority, that is, audited Balance Sheet, or excerpts from the Report on the Balance Sheet in cases when the disclosure of the Balance Sheet is prescribed by the law in the country where the economic operator is registered;

— Report on the overall turnover of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, that is, audited income statement), and, where applicable, on the turnover in the field covered by the public procurement contract, at the most for the last three financial years for which such information is available depending on the date when the enterprise has been established or has commenced operations and depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— The economic operator shall have at its disposal or shall have access to at least 120 million denars, and

— The economic operator should have achieved minimum annual revenue of 90 000 000,00 denars, or a total of 5 535 000 000,00 denars in the last 3 (three) years (2010, 2011 and 2012).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— License A for performing works issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications;

— List of employed engineers including an enclosed confirmation letter from the Employment Services Agency of Republic of Macedonia and a copy of diplomas or certificates for completed education;

— Statement for designated two engineers per each stage of the works, subject matter of the procurement for the purpose of quality control of the performed works;

— List of employed competent and technically qualified staff in the field of technical sciences who will be involved in the realisation of the procurement subject matter including an enclosed confirmation letter from the Employment Services Agency of Republic of Macedonia and a copy of diplomas or certificates for completed education;

— Copy of at least 5 (five) contracts for performed…

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— The economic operator should have a License A for performing works;

— The economic operator shall designate at least 15 full-time engineers employed by the carrier of the procurement who will be included in the performance of the procurement;

— The economic operator shall designate two engineers per each stage of the works, subject matter of the procurement for the purpose of quality control of the performed works;

— The economic operator shall have at least 70 employed competent and technically qualified staff in the field of technical sciences who will be involved in the realisation of the procurement subject matter;

— The economic operator have completed at least 5 (five)…

Capability of the economic operator to perform a professional activity:

In order to prove its capability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document on registered business activity as proof for being registered as natural or legal person for performing business activity related to the subject matter of the public procurement contract or proof that it belongs to a respective professional association in accordance with the regulations in the country where it is established.
