In order to prove his personal situation, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

— Statement of the economic operator that in the last 5 years he wasn't rendered a judgment for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Certificate that no bankruptcy procedure issued by competent authority has been open;

— Certificate that no liquidation procedure issued by competent authority has been open;

— Certificate for paid taxes and other taxes issued by competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established;

— Certificate from the Register of fines for criminal offenses of legal persons that…

… the bidder isn't under the ban on participation in public tender procedures

… a penalty isn't imposed for temporary or permanent ban on performing certain legal activities and

— Confirmation that a misdemeanor sanction isn't imposed - ban on performing profession, activity or duty, ie temporary prohibition for performing certain activities.

To demonstrate the ability to perform professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as proof that he is registered as a natural or legal person for performing the activity related to the subject of the contract.

The economic operator must possess a valid License A for construction of buildings for first category issued by competent authority under applicable regulations in the Republic of Macedonia.

The economic operator must also possess.

— Certificate for ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001.

The economic operator proves the fulfillment of minimum conditions by submitting:

— Form composition of the team members (engineers) with attached CV for the same;

— M1/M2 Patterns or other appropriate evidence if the bidder is abroad for employees;

— Authorization-A for construction of buildings under the applicable regulations of the Republic of Macedonia or other appropriate evidence if the bidder is from abroad.

— Agreement on the construction and a certificate for quality execution of the already constructed objects or certificate of quality construction if the building is under construction, and enclosed pictures of the building.

— List of works of the same or similar type of building facilities of high quality, in the last five years, with an indication of investors (reference list), the dates and amounts;

— A certified statement of the authorized person of the bidder for the number, qualification structure and working experience of technical staff and other experts who will be responsible for implementation of agreed activities;

— Statement by the authorized person of the bidder for personal (number, qualification structure, work experience, professional competence) in charge of

quality control in accordance with applicable standards for that sort of thing;

— Statement by the authorized person of the bidder for the management team (number, qualification structure, experience, professional and managerial competence) in charge of the procurement.

— List the minimum machinery, technical and transport means available to the bidder, who will be engaged in implementing the contract for construction;

— A written statement of the authorized person of the bidder that allows contracting authority or other person authorized by him, if necessary, to carry out tests on production and construction capabilities for the bidder.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

To qualify as capable of performing the contract for public procurement in terms of its technical or professional capacity, the economic operator must meet the following minimum requirements:

— The economic operator should have at least 100 employees and at least 10 engineers from the profile of construction, electrical and / or mechanical,

— the engineers from line 1 of this point of profile construction, electrical and / or mechanical should possess authorisation A for building constructions,

— Minimum 5 contracts realized during the last five years of works for reconstruction of the same or similar nature as the subject of the contract whose individual value isn't less than 7 000 000.00 euros

— The Economic operators are required to possess at least 1 excavator, 1 bulldozer, 1 Vibrating hammer, 5 truck loads of at least 15 tons individually, 1 crane with reach greater than 30 meters, 1 auto-cranes with lifting capacity of at least 20 tonnes, own concrete base at a distance no greater than 20 km from the place of performance of construction works, 4 Concrete mixers with a capacity of 7 m
