For the purpose of prooving its competence for exercising registered core activities (performing professional activity), the economic operator should have documentation for registered activity, proving that it is registered as legal or natural entity capable for performing activities related to the contract subject or proof of its membership in appropriate professional association in accordance with the provisions valid in the domicile country

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

-appropriate bank statements

-proof for relevant compensation insurance for professional risk.

-balance sheet report verified by authorities, i.e. audited balance sheet or excerpts from the balance sheet report in cases when the publishing of balance sheet is legally prescribed in the domicile country of the economic operator.

-statement of overall turnover of the company (data from the income statement i.e. success balance sheet, issued by the competent authority, i.e. audited income statement – success balance sheet) and, where appropriate, statement of turnover in the area covered by the contract subject most of the last three financial years for which such data is available, depending on the date that a company is established or has commenced with work and depending on the availability of such information.

2.4.4. If the balance sheet and the income statement have been the subject of commercial audit, the economic operator can submit the same ones as a proof that it meets the minimum requirement for determining economic and financial capacity without being further verified by authorities.

2.4.5. If the balance sheets and income statement have not been subject of commercial audit, the economic operator shall submit the same verified i.e. issued by the authorities as proof that it meets the minimum requirement for the economic and financial capacity. Competent authority in Republic of Macedonia is the Central Register of Republic of Macedonia.

… following type FPL 2012 convertor (a standalone solution and/or an upgrade) that are in operational condition (with SAT successfully passed).

The tenderer shall prove that these 15 systems which are of FPL 2012 type stated in the item above have been installed in ANSP that have realised 200000 operations/year in countries that differ from the tenderer domicile country

- list of deliveries of minimum 15 systems from the area of ATM systems in the last 5 years, stating the date of selling, price, location of installation, confirmation for performed deliveries issued by the recipients. (If such confirmations can not be provided, a statement for performed delivery should be provided).

-list of deliveries of minimum 15 systems of type FPL 2012 convertor (a standalone solution and/or an upgrade) that are in operational condition (with SAT successfully passed), stating information on the date of selling, price, location of the installation, confirmation for performed deliveries, issued by the recipients (If such confirmations can not be provided, a statement for performed delivery should be provided).

The tenderer shall prove that these 15 systems which are of FPL 2012 type have been installed in ANSP that have realised 200000 operations/year in countries that differ from the domicile country of the tenderer.

-description of technical equipping and qualification of the economic operator.

-statement concerning the engaged technical personnel and other technical entities, without taking into consideration whether they directly belong to the economic operator.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

7.5.1. Requirement for signing the contract with the most favorable tenderer is the following: the selected most favorable tenderer shall provide guarantee for quality contract performance in the amount of 15% of the contract amount

.As part of its tender, the economic operator mandatory furnishes tender guarantee (participation guarantee) which amounts at least 3 %of the total tender amount, without VAT.
