For the purpose of prooving its competence for exercising registered core activities (performing professional activity), the economic operator shall submit documentation for registered activity, proving that it is registered as legal or natural entity capable for performing activities related to the contract subject or proof of its membership in appropriate professional association in accordance with the provisions valid in the domicile country

Економска и финансиска состојба:
-appropriate bank statements
-proof for relevant compensation insurance for professional risk.
-balance sheet report verified by authorities, i.e. audited balance sheet or excerpts from the balance sheet report in cases when the publishing of balance sheet is legally prescribed in the domicile country of the economic operator.
-statement of overall turnover of the company (data from the income statement i.e. success balance sheet, issued by the competent authority, i.e. audited income statement – success balance sheet) and, where appropriate, statement of turnover in the area covered by the contract subject most of the last three financial years for which such data is available, depending on the date that a company is established or has commenced with work and depending on the availability of such information.

2.4.4. If the balance sheet and the income statement have been the subject of commercial audit, the economic operator can submit the same ones as a proof that it meets the minimum requirement for determining economic and financial capacity without being further verified by authorities.

2.4.5. If the balance sheets and income statement have not been subject of commercial audit, the economic operator shall submit the same verified i.e. issued by the authorities as proof that it meets the minimum requirement for the economic and financial capacity. From the Competent authority of the state in wich the operator is registered .

Техничка и професионална способност:
A proof for conduction of minimum two (2) geodetic surveys of obstacles of airports in the last (5) five years ( Submision of contracts and final acceptance notices)
list of deliveries of the tenderers or candidates performed in the last three years, stating the values, the dates, Buyers, (contracting authorities or economic operators) with providing confirmation for performed deliveries issued by the receipents or if such confirmations can not be provided due to reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only his statement for performed delivery should be provided.

-description of technical equipping and competence of the economic operator, measures for ensuring quality and his equipping and competence for studying and researching.
-statement concerning the engaged technical personnel and other technical entities, without taking into consideration whether they directly belong to the economic operator.
- samples, description and/or images of products that are subject delivery, the reliability of which shall be confirmed by the economic operator, if the contracting authority requests so.
- certificates on quality control with recognized competence, issued by the competent authorities, they shall test the product convenience clearly determined with reference to the specifications and the standards.
- notice about those parts of the contract that are intended to be awarded by the economic operator to a subcontractor.

Потребни депозити и гаранции:
As part of its tender, the economic operator mandatory furnishes tender guarantee (participation guarantee) which amounts at least 3 %of the total tender amount, without VAT.
7.5.1. Requirement for signing the contract with the most favorable tenderer is the following: the selected most favorable tenderer shall provide guarantee for quality contract performance in the amount of 10% of the contract amount.
