- Document on registered business activity. In order to prove its capability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document on registered business activity as proof for being registered as natural or legal person for performing business activity related to the subject matter of the public procurement contract or proof that it belongs to a respective professional association in accordance with the regulations in the country where it is established.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

- Report on the Balance Sheet notarized by the competent authority, that is, audited Balance Sheet, or excerpts from the Report on the Balance Sheet in cases when the disclosure of the Balance Sheet is prescribed by the law in the country where the economic operator is registered

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- The economic operator should have achieved minimum annual revenue of 10 000 000 EUR, or a total of 615 000 000 000 denars in the last 3 years (2010, 2011 and 2012).

Техничка и професионална способност:

- License A for performing works issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications;

- Copy of at least 3 (three) contracts for performed construction, craftsmanship, interior and installation works on buildings larger than 5000m2 in the last 5 years, as per the subject matter of the procurement;

- Reference list of completed construction, craftsmanship, interior and installation works on buildings in the last five years, including values, dates, and recipient;

- At least 3 (three) letter of confirmation (recommendation) for quality and timely completed construction, craftsmanship, interior and installation works on buildings in the last five years, as per the subject matter of the procurement;

- M1/M2 forms as proof of 50 employed persons, by submitting Authorisations A for engineer performing contracting works for at least 3 persons, and Authorisation B for at least 1 person;

- Statement on the technical equipment and capability of the economic operator, describing the equipment which will be directly involved in the performance of the procurement;

- Statement of the economic operator that it has at its disposal the mechanical and technical equipment to complete the subject matter of the procurement;

- Statement on the contract elements which the economic operator intends to give to subcontractors, including data thereof. In case of no subcontractors, the economic operator shall submit a statement that it will complete the works autonomously.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- The economic operator should have a License A for performing works;

- The economic operator have completed at least 3 (three) construction, craftsmanship, interior and installation works on buildings larger than 5000m2 in the last 5 years, as per the subject matter of the procurement;

- The economic operator has at least 50 employees, of whom at least 3 persons having Authorisation A for engineer performing contracting works, and the least 1 person with Authorisation B for engineer performing contracting works.
