Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

1. For proving its personal standing, the economic agent shall submit the following documents:

- statement of the economic agent showing that it has not been stated any legally effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering in the last 5 years;

- confirmation issued by a competent body stating that no…

… bankruptcy procedure has been instigated;

… liquidation procedure has been instigated;

- confirmation issued by a competent body in the domicile country of taxes, contributions and other public fees being paid, and

- confirmation that it has not been stated…

… an additional penalty - ban on participation in open invitation procedures, awarding contracts for public procurement and contracts for public private partnership issued by the Registry for penalties for criminal acts committed by legal entities;

… an additional penalty - temporary or permanent ban on performing certain activity, issued by the Registry for penalties for criminal acts committed by legal entities;

… any legally effective court decision for interdiction of profession, business activity or duty, i.e. temporary interdiction of performing certain activity.

2. In order to prove the capability for performing professional activity, the economic agent should submit document for registered activity as a proof that it is registered as a natural person, or legal entity to perform the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract, or proof that it is a member of an adequate professional association, according to the regulations enforced in the domicile country.

- report on the balance sheet for the last 3 (three) years, validated by competent body, i.e. revised balance sheet, or extracts of the balance sheet statement, in instances when the publishing of the balance sheet is legally prescribed in the economic agent's domicile country.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

For Lot I: Procurement of 20 000 000 banknotes in denomination of 100 Denars:

- Minimum total income of at least 244 300 EUR of the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract, total for the last 3 (three) years.

For Lot II: Procurement of 15 000 000 banknotes in denomination of 1000 Denars:

- Minimum total income of 488 600 EUR of the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract, total for the last 3 (three) years.;

Техничка и професионална способност:

list of major deliveries of the economic agents or candidates performed in the last three years, with the amounts, dates, purchasers (procurers or economic agents), by providing confirmation for the executed deliveries issued by the procurers, or if such confirmations fail to be provided due to causes that cannot be controlled by the procurer, only by its statement for conducted deliveries;

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- at least 1 (one) confirmation with single value of minimum 81 433 EUR.

- at least 2 (two) confirmations with single value of minimum 162 867 EUR.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

1. As part of the bid, the economic agent should obligatory provide bid guarantee (participation guarantee) in the amount of at least 3 % of the total bid value without VAT.

2. Precondition for signing a contract with the most favorable economic agent is providing guarantee by the selected most favorable bidder for quality performance of the contract in the amount of 15 % of the contract value.
