In order to prove its personal condition, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:
— Statement of economic operator that in the last 5 years it was not a subject of rendered final judgment for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— Certificate that no bankruptcy procedure was initiated by a competent authority;
— Certificate that no liquidation procedure was initiated by a competent authority;
— Certificate for paid taxes and other taxes issued by a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered;
— Certificate from the Register of Fines for
perpetrated criminal offenses of legal entities, that a ban is not imposed on it for participation in public tender procedures or in awarding of contracts for public procurement contracts and contracts for private - public partnership;
criminal offenses of legal entities that there is not a penalty imposed on it, for temporary or permanent ban on performing certain activities and
— Confirmation that there is no final verdict rendered with misdemeanor sanction - a ban on performing profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing certain activities.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
— Statement of overall turnover of the company (data from the balance sheet issued by the competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheet) and, where appropriate, of turnover in the area covered by the contract and mostly for the last 3 financial years for which such data are available, depending on the date the company was founded and started to work and depending on the availability of such information.

— To have an income of at least 600.000.000, 00 MKD equivalent, for the last three years in particular for those that there is data.
To qualify as capable of enforcing the contract for public procurement, in terms of its technical or professional capacity, the economic operator must meet the following minimum requirements:
— List of major deliveries realized during the last 3 years, with dates and amounts of providing customers, and to be provided minimum two certificates of recipients for timely and quality fulfillment of its kind and scale,
— Copies of minimum 3 contracts, realized during the last three years for the construction and installation of furniture, one contract in the amount over 65,000,000 MKD
— Statement of technical equipment;
— Statement of professional and technical staff who will be responsible for implementation of the procurement;
— Statement for submission of a bank guarantee for prompt and qualitative execution of the procurement;
— Catalogs, images and samples of manufactured pieces of furniture;
— Statement of quality, distribution and servicing of the offered goods;
— A statement that the suppler agrees buyer to inspect the production halls, equipment, machinery, raw materials, manufactured furniture etc.. the production facilities that will be used for making furniture;
— Statement that the delivery and installation of furniture, will be timely and with high quality.
Technichal equipement:
— Custom manufacturing plants: the production of wooden furniture (tables and plate furniture), with attached property list or a lease contract;
— Warehouse space intended for storage of raw materials and finished products, in addition to the property list or a lease contract;
— Designer desk with the license for the design.
Equipment: machine for cutting wood, chisel, drilling machine;and etc. .all necessarily equipment required for realization of procurement.
— Vehicles for transporting furniture, with attached registration cards
Human resources:
— The economic operator should have at least 60 employees, at least:
— Two graduate engineers should have construction profiles, and should have competence A for building authority,
Two graduate engineers should have architects profiles, and should have competence B.
— A graduate engineer should have for design and technology for furniture and interior profile;
— A forestry graduate Engineer should have profile for engineer for wood industry;
— A graduate interior should have designer and interior decoration profile;
— A minimum of five installers for installation and service of furniture in the warranty period;
— Minimum 5 workers;
— M1/M2 forms for the employees, diplomas, certificates and other documents to prove the expertise to perform the actual purchase.
Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:
As part of the offer, the economic operator must provide a bid guarantee (a guarantee of participation in form of a bank guarantee) in the amount of at least 3 % of the total bid value, excluding VAT.
As part of the contract, the economic operator must provide a contract guarantee (a guarantee for contract in form of a bank guarantee) in the amount of at least 5 % of the total value of the contract, excluding VAT.

The contracting authority not will require the group of bidders to join in a special legal form if they are chosen as the carrier of the contract in a form of a separate legal entity registered for the activity.
