To prove his personal situation, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

— A declaration by the economic operator that in the last 5 years he was rendered a verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Confirmation that no bankruptcy proceedings by the competent authority;

— Confirmation that no liquidation procedure by the competent authority;

— Receipt for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established;

— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that have been imposed minor penalty…

… prohibiting participation in public tender procedures, award contracts and contracts for public-private partnership;

… for temporary or permanent prohibition of professional activity;

— Confirmation that a final judgment has been rendered sanction prohibition of professional activity or duty, ie temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

Balance sheet data and income statement for 2010, 2011 and 2012, certified by a competent authority, ie audited balance sheets or extracts from the balance sheets where publication of the balance-sheet is required under the law of the country where the economic operator is established;

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— To have achieved an annual turnover of 100 000 000 MKD last three (3) years (2010, 2011 and 2012) for each year.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Reference list of the principal deliveries of tenderers or candidates in the last three years, with the sums, dates and buyers (contracting authorities and economic operators), providing a minimum five (5) delivery declarations issued by recipients

— Proof of having minimum three (3) registered vehicles tanks for oil deliveries (copies of the registration of tanks)

— Statement of technical equipment and training,

— Statement of employee technical personnel and other employees in the bidder who will be responsible for implementation of the agreement, and a statement of the persons responsible for quality control,

— M1/M2 form showing all employees with special emphasis on the number of drivers of tankers available to the Bidder;

— License for conducting energy business wholesale of oil and oil derivatives issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Macedonia

— For foreign people - economic operators license or other appropriate document for performing energy activity - wholesale of oil and oil derivatives issued by a competent authority in accordance with regulations of the country where it is registered,

— Certificates for calibration of measuring instruments for serving oil,

— A statement that the bidder accepts the terms of the call.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— To have completed at least 5 same or similar things in the past 3 years (2010, 2011 and 2012)

— To dispose of technical equipment (equipment, special vehicles) or have owned at least 3 (three) special vehicles-cisterns

— Be equipped with professional staff,

— To posses a license for performing energy activity performance wholesale of oil and oil derivatives issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission the Republic of Macedonia and foreign persons - economic operators license or other appropriate document for performing energy activity - wholesale of oil and oil derivatives issued by a competent authority in accordance with regulations of the country where it is registered,

— To have attestation for calibration of measuring instruments for the dispensers of oil
