1 To prove its ability for doing professional activity, the economic operator needs to submit document for registered activity as a proof that is registered as a physical or legal body for activities in activity that is linked with the subject of the public procurement contract or proof that belongs to associated professional chamber in accordance with the laws of the country where the operator is registered.

- report for the balance sheet registered verified from competent body, revised balance sheet, or excerpts from balance sheet in cases when publishing the balance sheet is subjected to the law in the country where economic operator is registered;
- excerpt from the total turnover of the company (data from the profit and loss sheet verified from the competent body, or revised profit and loss sheet) and where appropriate, from the turnover from the activities that are subject to the public procurement contract, and maximum for the last three fiscal years for which this kind of data exists depending from the date of the company is incorporated or started doing activities and in reliance of the availability of such data

- Academic and professional qualifications of the economic operator/it's management especially of the personnel in charge of executing the contractual works ;
- Statement for engagement of technical personnel and technical organs specially engaged in quality control, regardless if they belong to the economic operator;
- Statement of the economic operator for average number of employees and the number of technical personnel in the last three years
- Statement in which economic operator confirms that if selected as best offered, will submit list of personnel that will be responsible for executing the subject of procurement and statements from the engaged persons that are willing to be engaged in execution of procurement subject. .
