For the purpose of prooving its competence for exercising registered core activities, the economic operator shall have documentation for registered activity, proving that it is registered as legal or natural entity capable for performing activities related to the contract subject or proof of its membership in appropriate professional association in accordance with the provisions valid in the domicile country.

1.description of technical equipping and qualification of economic operator, in accordance with the technical specification.
2. statement on engaged technical personnel, without taking into consideration whether they directly belong to the economic operator.
3.certificate issued by National Aviation Regulator, for Air Traffic Controller Training Centre, in compliance with ICAO Annex 1 and the European regulation (EU regulation 805/2011 or EU Directive 23/2006).
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
1. description of technical equipping and qualification of economic operator, in accordance with the technical specification.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:
4.6.1 As a part of the Tender, the economic operator shall mandatory provide a Tender warranty (participation warranty) in the amount of at least 3% of the total value of the Tender, without included VAT.
7.5. Performance guarantee (Guarantee for qualitative execution of the contract).
7.5.1. Condition for signing contract with the most favourable economic operator is as follows: the bearer of the procurement shall provide a bank guarantee for procurement execution, the amount of the bank guarantee for procurement execution is 15 % of the contract amount.
