- statement by the economic operator that an effective sentence for participating in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry was not pronounced against it in the last 5 years;

- a certificate stating that there is no open…

… liquidation procedure by a competent authority;

- certificate of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered;

- proof issued by the Register of Fines for Criminal Offenses of legal entities that it hasn't been rendered a minor penalty interdiction of participating in open announcements, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts for public private partnership;

- certificate that no infringement sanction-prohibition for performing profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing a certain activity was pronounced against it;

- proof issued by the Register of Fines for Criminal Offenses of legal entities that it hasn't been rendered a minor penalty temporary or permanent interdiction of appropriate activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба: - positive financial operations in the last two (2) accounting years.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- relevant bank statements;

- evidence of relevant insurance against professional risk;

- a balance sheet certified by a competent authority, i.e. revised balance sheet or excerpts from the balance sheet when the publishing of the balance sheet is stipulated by law in the country where the economic operator is registered;

- statement from the company's total turnover (information from the profit and loss account issued by a competent authority, i.e. revised profit and loss account) and where appropriate, turnover in the area covered by the Public Procurement Contract, maximum for the last three financial years for which such information are available, depending on the date on which the company was established or started its operations and depending on the availability of such information.

Техничка и професионална способност:

- at least tree similar contracts for maintenance of such a type of radar systems in the last tree years

- maintenance is performed in accordance with ISO standard or similar

- the personnel that will participate in the execution of the Contract shall have proficiency in English or Macedonian

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- list of tenderers or candidates main deliveries performed in the last three years, stating the amount, dates, Buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), with providing a confirmation for performed deliveries issued by the receipents or, in case of failure to provide such confirmations due to reasons that are beyond the control of the economic operator only his statement (declaration) for performed deliveries shall be provided.

- description of technical equipping and competence of the economic operator, measures for ensuring quality, his equipping and capability for researching and investigating,

- statement concerning the engaged technical personnel and other technical entities, without taking into consideration whether they directly belong to the economic operator.

- Certificates issued by competent authorities for quality control with recognized competence that test the product conformity clearly identified with referencing to specifications and standards,

Потребни депозити и гаранции:

As a part of the Bid, the economic operator shall be obliged to provide a Bid warranty (participation warranty) in the amount of 1% of the total value of the Bid, without included VAT

Requirement for signing the contract with the most favourable tenderer is the following: the selected most favourable tenderer shall provide guarantee for quality contract performance in the amount of 10 % of the contract amount.
