… Persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against him/her;

— Confirmation that there is no legally effective judgment imposing a misdemeanour sanction involving prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform a specific activity, imposed against him/her.

In order to prove its capability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document on registered business activity as proof for being registered as natural or legal person for performing business activity related to the subject matter of the contract for establishing public private partnership or proof that it belongs to a respective professional association in accordance with the regulations in the country where it is established.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Adequate proof from a bank and/or financial institution for access to financial assets. If the economic operator is using a line of credit as access to liquid assets, it shall submit as proof a certificate and/or contract from the bank for the use of theline of credit;

— Report on the Balance Sheet notarized by the competent authority, that is, audited Balance Sheet, or excerpts from the Report on the Balance Sheet in cases when the disclosure of the Balance Sheet is prescribed by the law in the country where the economic operator is registered for the last three fiscal years (2011, 2012, and 2013);

— Report on the overall turnover of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, that is, audited income statement), and, where applicable, on the turnover in the field covered by the public procurement contract, at the most for the last three financial years (2011, 2012, and 2013) for which such information is available depending on the date when the enterprise has been established or has commenced operations and depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1. Ensured access to financial assets of 10.000.000 EUR, or access to line of credit with at least 10.000.000 EUR.

2. The economic operator must meet at least one of the following conditions:

— Total annual revenue in the last three fiscal years (2011, 2012, and 2013) shall not be less than 60.000.000 EUR in aggregate. The total annual revenue shall include all generated revenues from various sources; and/or

— The total capital for the last fiscal year (2013) shall not be less than 20.000.000 EUR. The total capital shall include: equity capital, capital reserves, revaluation reserves, reserves from conversion and/or retained earnings.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Copy of contracts for completed projects and/or investments in an amount not less than 15.000.000 EUR per project/investment in the last 10 (ten) years with detailed explanation of works and services for each project/investment, particularly including description of the building, the location, the investors, date of commencement, performance, value.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— At least 2 projects and/or investment with value not less than 15.000.000 EUR per project/investment in the last 10 (ten) years.
