The chemicals offered for recreational aqua park bidder should provide adequate storage containers and adequate supply of chemicals in swimming pools and adaptation of existing installed equipment should be included in the offered price.
Bidder on the date of signing the contract is responsible for the humidity and chemical reaction in air filters and swimming pool as well as the chemical reaction in the filters in recreational aqua park.
The contracting authority is obliged to acquire the supposed stipulated amount of annual consumption, subject to the tendering procedure, described in the technical specification

— List the major deliverables of the bidder for the last 3 years (reference list), dates, buyers (contracting authorities and economic operators), providing at least five (5) certificates for deliveries issued by the receiver or, if such certificates can provide for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, by statement for deliveries.

Потребни депозити и гаранции:

4.6.1 In addition to the bid, the bidder shall submit a signed statement of the seriousness of the offer, which should use the form of the statement attached to the tender documents. In case of violation of an interview with the seriousness of the offer, it will result in exclusion from further proceedings and issuing a negative reference against such bidder manner and under the conditions laid down in the Law on Public Procurement. The statement is signed by the person signing the offer. If the person signing the declaration is different from the person signing the bid shall be attached and authorization to sign the statement.

4.6.2 The negative reference will be published simultaneously with the publication of the notice of contract or cancelling the procedure.
