The place of delivery is the PHO Institute of transfusion medicine of RM Skopje and its business units on the territory of Republic of Macedonia.

Услови за учество
Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— Document for registered activity – DRD Form, issued by the Central Registry or relevant document issued by a competent authority in the country where the tenderer is registered, and

— Valid Decision on performing the activity – turnover with medicinal products and medical devices issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Macedonia or relevant document issued by a competent authority in the country where the tenderer is registered;

— if a legally valid court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering has been imposed on the economic operator in the previous 5 years;

— If it has been imposed secondary sentence prohibition on participation in procedures of a public call, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts for public private partnership;

— If it has been imposed a secondary sentence temporary or permanent prohibition on performing a certain activity;

— If is under a bankruptcy or liquidation procedure;

— If it has unpaid taxes, contributions or other public duties;

— If it is being pronounced a misdemeanor sanction prohibition on practicing profession, performing activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing a particular activity, and

— If it presents false information or does not submit the information required by the contracting authority.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— A list of principal deliveries of medicinal products to the tenderers carried out in the last three years, containing values, dates, customers, by providing a certificate for the conducted deliveries issued by the recipients or if such certificates cannot be provided due to reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only with its statement regarding the conducted deliveries;

— A statement on the engaged technical staff and technical authorities regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator;

— A statement accompanied by a list of the persons in charge of the quality control;

— A statement for providing the entire requested quantity by which it shall state that it is able to provide for the entire requested quantity determined in the tender documentation regarding the section for which it shall submit an offer;

— Document (Decisions) accompanied with all attachments, that the medicines are approved to be placed on the market on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia in accordance with the Law on Medicinal Products and Medical Devices or temporary approval for parallel import;

— A statement by the economic operator that the medicines that will be delivered will have expiration period of at least 12 months from the day of delivery of the medicine.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— The tenderer is required to have conducted deliveries of medicinal products in the last 3 years;

—The tenderer is required to have hired technical staff and technical authorities regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator;

— The tenderer is required to have hired persons in charge of quality control;

— The tenderer of the medicinal products it offers is required to make a Statement for providing for the entire requested quantity by which it shall state that it is able to provide for the entire requested quantity from the tender documentation regarding the section for which it will give an offer;

— The tenderer for the medicinal products that it offers should obtain valid approvals for placing a finished medicine on the market, issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Macedonia – Bureau for Medicines in accordance with the Law on Medicinal Products and Medical Devices or temporary approval for parallel import;

— At the moment of delivery, the medicines shall have expiration period of at least 12 months from the day of delivery of the medicine.

Потребни депозити и гаранции:

A condition for signing a contract with the most favorable economic operator is to provide a bank guarantee by the tenderer who is selected as the most favorable as well as for implementation of the contract in a quality manner in amount of 5 % of the value of the contract, VAT excluded.
