More detailed information for the use of electronic funds: In order to be able to participate in the procedure, it is necessary to register at ESJN and to own a digital certificate. The economic operator is registered at ESJN by completing the registration form which is part of ESJN, whereby ESJN automatically processes the data from the registration form, generates a code and delivers the same to the registered email of the economic operator. More information on how to register and use the system can be found in the Manual for Use of ESJN intended for economic operators, which can be downloaded from the home page of ESJN in the section ‘Economic operators’.

— statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years it has not received a legal sentence for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— confirmation that there are no bankruptcy proceedings by a competent authority,
— confirmation that there are no liquidation proceedings by a competent authority,
— confirmation of payment of taxes and other public duties by the competent authority from the country in which the economic operator is registered,
— confirmation from the Register of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that it has…
… not received an alternative fine, ban for participation in public bidding procedures, awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts for public-private partnership,
… received an alternative fine, temporary or permanent prohibition of certain activities,
— confirmation that by a court decision, it has not received a sanction — ban on performing profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform certain activities,
— Document for registered activity.
In order to prove the capability to conduct professional activity, the economic operator must submit a document for a registered activity as a proof that it has been registered as a physical or legal entity for performing of activity related to the subject of the contract for public procurement or proof that it belongs to a competent professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered and a copy of the B license for execution.

— Certificate by the ESA (Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia), which confirms the number of employees issued not earlier than 15 days from the date specified as the deadline for submission of bids and a copy of the authorization B.
