— confirmation that a bankruptcy procedure has not been opened by a competent authority;

— confirmation that a liquidation procedure has not been opened by a competent authority;

— confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties of a competent authority from the country where the Economic operator is registered;

— confirmation from the Registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal entities that they have not been rendered a minor penalty…

… prohibition for participation in the procedure for public tender, awarding public procurement contracts and public private partnership contracts;

… temporary or permanent prohibition for performance of a certain activity;

— confirmation that with a decree absolute they have not been rendered a misdemeanour sanction – prohibition for performance of a profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performance of a certain activity

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Positive report of the balance sheet and data of the income statement for the last 3 years;

— Statement that he will provide an insurance policy from an Insurance Company in the Republic of Macedonia for liability insurance of the Contractor from causing damage to the Investor or third persons during the realization of the object of purchase - (the same is submitted in case of being selected as the most advantageous tenderer before signing the contract).

Positive report of the balance sheet and data of the income statement for the last 3 years;

Техничка и професионална способност:

1. Empowerment of engineers for performance of construction – minimum two engineers employed by the Economic operator on full time (Enclosure M1/M2 Form for two civil engineers);

2. Two possess mechanization for construction of civil engineering facilities, such as:

— Trucks – 4 (four) – tippers

— Bulldozer

— Grader

— Rollers – 2 (two)

3. 30 (thirty) construction workers at the Economic operator on full-time – proof M1/M2 Form.

4. At least two Reference lists from a Contracting authority, for successful implemented of contracts in the same field.

If the group of partners acts with financial support of a third entity, the economic and financial status is determined pursuant to above mentioned.
