2nd Empowering Engineers Performance of Construction - minimum two civil engineers employed by the economic operator full time .

3. Referential list of completed projects of the same or similar nature in the past 3 years - at least 3 contracts . The value of the contracts to be at least as offering this type of contract .

4th minimum of 2 references contracting authorities realized for successful contracts with the same contract as the subject and object of the procurement .

5th Appropriate machinery for construction of civil engineering structures (min. 2 Backhoe, saw cutting asphalt, frog or small roller 1 ton trucks tippers min.2 ) driving licenses for proof of vehicle ownership in their property, or other appropriate documents for other equipment.

6th statement certifying that the staff hired to execute the contract will keep the same level for the entire duration of the contract.

7th Quality certificate for the materials.

8th Elements of the contract that the economic operator intends to subcontract to third parties.

Condition for signing the contract with the selected best bidder is providing the bank guarantee for quality performance of the contract in the amount of 10 % of the contract value .

The following way of payment - 12 instalments / year approved a temporary ( monthly ) situation or construction of 24 instalments for the period 2014-2015 .

An integral part of the group's contract offer to submit a joint tender to which members of the group of economic operators to each other and to the contracting authority is obliged to perform the contract. This agreement needs to contain the following information: group members who will lead the group , or to submit the bid and will represent the group, members of that group on behalf of the group of economic operators to sign the contract, group members who on behalf of the economic operators shall provide bid guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit, members of the group who will issue the invoice and account where payments are made, a brief description of the responsibilities of each member the group of economic operators to perform dogovorot. Site members of the group of bidders individually and severally liable to the contracting authority to carry out its obligations. The contracting authority will communicate with the representative of the group of bidders.
