The quantities of the works are defined as performance of construction, construction-handicraft, handicraft, installation and other works for the construction of structure 6.15 UE no. 2 in Makedonski Brod, defined in the Bill of Quantities for the tendering documentation elaborated by the Design Engineer — 'Perkan Proekt' DOOEL Prilep.

— Report on Financial Statement certified by a competent authority, i.e., revised Financial Statement, or excerpts from the report on the Financial Statement in case announcement of financial statement is prescribed by the law in the country where the Economic Operator is registered, for the last three years 2011, 2012 and 2013;

— Certificate on the total turnover of the company (data from the Profit and Loss Account issued by a competent authority, i.e., revised Profit and Loss account) for the last three years 2011, 2012 and 2013 and where appropriate, certificate on the turnover in the field covered by the public contract, for the last three financial years at the most for which such information is available depending on the date on which the company was founded or started to operate and depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Minimum total income of resources for the last three years — 2011, 2012 and 2013 to the amount of 1 130 000 EUR in the field of construction, i.e., 69 495 000 in denar equivalent.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— List of works — constructed highrises of the first and/or second category in the last 5 years with stated: category, number of storeys, built net area, value, time of construction, location of construction and investor;

—Minimum 3 contracts on construction of structures of the first and/or the second category — highrises, from the list, for the last 5 years (the contracts should refer to completely constructed structures, not to construction of individual phases of a specific structure);

— Certificates (recommendations) on high quality and timely performed works on structures of the first and/or the second category – highrises, from the list, for the last 5 years, issued by former investors of the submitted contracts;

— Statement on engagement in current contracts in the country and abroad as well as their value and deadline for completion;

— List issued by the Employment agency referring to employed persons qualified for the performance of the activity related to the subject of the public contract (construction), at the moment of submittal of the tender.

— Declaration of the Economic Operator regarding the professional staff that will be engaged in the realization of the subject of procurement, with stated names and surnames whereby, for these persons, the following should be submitted:

— M1/M2 form for the professional staff that will be engaged in the realization of the subject of procurement and

— Referent list of constructed structures (with time and place of construction) in the last two years done by the professional staff to be engaged in the realization of the subject of procurement.

— Diploma of the graduated civil engineer on completed Structural Engineering Major.

— Declaration regarding the elements of the contract that the Economic Operator intends to give to subcontractor/s and data on the subcontractors (firm, seat, unique tax number, etc.) that fulfil the conditions for the performance of the works prescribed by the Law on Construction.

— Declaration certified by Notary Public that if the public contract is awarded to the Tenderer, the Tenderer shall construct the structure to the phase of a shell structure (without involvement of subcontractors).

— Minimum three realized contracts on construction of structures of the first and/or the second category — highrises for the last 5 years, from the list, with total built net area of minimum 2 100 m².

— Minimum three certificates (recommendations) on high quality and timely performed works on structures of the first and/or the second category — highrises, issued by former investors of the submitted contracts.

— Minimum professional staff that will be engaged in the realization of the subject of procurement: minimum 3 graduated engineers with License A for construction as follows: 2 graduated engineers architects and 1 civil engineer — structural engineering major

— Minimum 20 employees that will be directly engaged in the realization of the subject of the contract (engineering staff, technicians and construction workers).

— The tenderer must perform the structure at least up to the phase of a shell structure (subcontractors must not be included).
