The overall objective of the service demand analysis and regulatory mechanisms management shall be to gain better understanding, based on empirical indicators, of the market occurrences and how they affect the end users. It will provide significant support to AEC, when addressing the accusations and arguments of concerned parties in their cases initiated against the Regulator.
Also, the purpose of this Project is to understand and examine in depth the reasons for different responses to specific market challenges, which may be caused by user expectations, the regulatory framework, and the diversified market conditions (e.g. technological specificities).

As part of the Bid, the Economic Operator shall mandatorily provide a Bid Guarantee (participation guarantee) in the amount of at least 3 % of the total Bid value, excluding VAT.
