Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Report on the Balance Sheet notarized by the competent authority, that is, audited Balance Sheet, or excerpts from the Report on the Balance Sheet in cases when the disclosure of the Balance Sheet is prescribed by the law in the country where the economic operator is registered.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: — Positive financial performance in the last three years (2011, 2012 and 2013).
Техничка и професионална способност:

— Proof – M1 and M2 forms for minimum 3 employed engineers, of whom 1 with proof – Authorisation “A” for project design, and 1 with proof – Authorisation “B” for project design.

— Statement for additional contracted expert staff, of whom at least 10 graduated engineers – project designers with adequate authorisations for the separate stages (enclosed to this Statement submit the respective authorisation for design, CVs of project designers, and statement of said persons that they agree to be contracted for the preparation of the project documentation for the subject matter of the procurement).

— Notification on the contract elements that the Economic Operator is intending the subcontract.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— The Economic Operator should have at least 3 employed engineers, of whom 1 with Authorisation “A” for project design, and 1 with Authorisation “B” for project design.

— Additionally contracted expert staff of at least 10 graduated engineers with adequate authorisations for project design for the separate stages.
