Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: Positive financial operations in the last three years (2011, 2012, and 2013).
Техничка и професионална способност:

Document on registered business activity.

Document on registered business activity as proof for being registered as natural or legal person for performing the business activity related to the subject matter of the public procurement contract,or a proof that it belongs to a respective professional association in accordance with the regulations in the country where it is established.

Proof issued by a competent authority that it meets the special conditions for performing the business activity as prescribed in the Law, pertaining to the subject matter of the contract: - Licence “A” for project design as per the Construction Law.

— Proof - M1 and M2 forms for minimum 3 employees - engineers, of whom 1 with a proof - Authorisation “A” for project design, and 1 with proof - Authorisation “B” for project design,

— Statement of additionally contracted expert staff with at least 10 graduated engineers - project designers with adequate authorisations per stages (enclose to this statement the adequate project authorisations, CVs of the project designers, and statements of said persons that they are willing to be contracted for the preparation of the project documentation, subject matter of the procurement),

— Notification on the contract elements intended for subcontracting by the economic operator.

— The economic operator should have at least 3 employed engineers, of whom 1 with Authorisation “A” for project design, and 1 with Authorisation “B” for project design,

— Additionally contracted staff comprising at least 10 graduated engineers with adequate authorisations for project design by specific stages.
