— Certificate of Confirmation that no liquidation proceedings against the Economic Operator have been initiated by any competent authority;

— Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country where the Economic Operator is established;

— Certificate from the Registry of Penalties for Crimes Committed by Legal Entities, that the Economic Operator has not been…

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Balance Sheet Report and data from the Income Statement issued by a competent authority, i.e. an Audited Balance Sheet or extracts from the Balance Sheet Report in cases where the publication of the Balance Sheet is required under the law of the country in which the Economic Operator was registered.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: — Total turnover of funds for the last three (3) years over MKD 3 600 000.
Техничка и професионална способност:

— Copies of at least three Procurement Contracts of the same or similar kind signed and implemented in the last three years, of which one with a value of at least MKD 1 200 000 (one million two hundred thousand Denars) and certificates for timely and quality procurement and delivery of the respective Contracts.

— A document certifying the number of employees, issued by a competent authority.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— At least three (3) Procurement Contracts for equipment-goods, of which one totalling at least MKD 1 200 000 (one million and two hundred thousand Denars) from 2011 to July 2014.

— At least three (3) employees.
