Establishing Public-Private Partnership for granting a service contract for: 'Revitalization, Modernization and Maintenance of Public Lighting on the Territory of Municipality Bitola

Subject for establishment of a Contract for Public Private Partnership for granting a contract for Public Procurement of a service is:
— 'Revitalization, modernization and maintenance of public lighting on the territory of the Municipality of Bitola and the areas of the former municipalities: Capari, Bistrica and Kukurechani':
— Replacement of the existing bulbs with LED energy efficient bulbs ( dismantling of the existing bulbs and installation of new LED bulbs) (obligation of the private partner);
— Purchase and installation of equipment for automating and monitoring of the system in each measuring panel and installation of minimum two control points (wireless communication with each panel WiFi or GPRS) to control the accuracy of the system and dispatching points with telephone connection for alerting defects (one in the premises of the Municipality of Bitola) . There should be a possibility to adjust the entire equipment for connecting with an optical communication network that would be established in the future. The complete equipment will be funded by the private partner;
— The relocation of the electricity meters, the metering and protective equipment outside the substation of EVN into special standard panels together with the monitoring equipment and all connections (is responsibility of the private partner);
— Maintenance of the system ( the light fixtures, the installation of candelabras from the opening to the light fixture, the measuring command and monitoring equipment), is responsibility of the private partner, and
— The transmission of the equipment and the new light bulbs will pass over in property of the Municipality of Bitola in a manner and under the conditions that will be specified in the Contract for PPP.
