— minimum total income in the past 2 years of at least MKD 8,000,000.00 on an annual level.

— B Contractor License, pursuant to the Building Law,
— List of works contracted in the past two years, including values, dates, purchasers (contracting authorities or economic operators) and locations by submitting letters of confirmation or contracts from purchasers for contracted works,
— minimum of 3 contracted works by providing contracts or letters of confirmation from contracting authorities in a total amount of at least MKD 8,000,000.00,
— Statement for educational or professional qualifications of the professional staff and persons in charge of the particular procurement,
— Statement for engaging technical staff regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator,
— statement on technical equipment of the economic operator and other potentials they have at disposal for performing the particular works.
Minimum necessary staff:
— minimum 1 employee holding a university degree - civil engineer with B Contracting Authorization,
— minimum 1 person holding a high-school diploma – civil works technician,
— minimum 8 workers qualified for contracting of civil engineering and trade works.
Minimum necessary machines and equipment:
— Minimum one trencher or combined building machine for digging and loading,
— minimum 1 dump truck,
— minimum 1 tamping machine or a small roller truck.
