2. A statement that the economic operators is staffed to be able to independently deliver the procurement.
3. Approval of the marketing authorization in the Republic of Macedonia (original or certified by the economic operators) in accordance with the Law on drugs and medical devices or declaration by the economic operator that the proposed drugs has marketing authorization for the medicinal product in the country or proof that the drug is registered in any country of the European Union, including the US, Japan, Switzerland and Canada.

4. A statement that the agent has the conditions for safe storage, accommodation, transport and handling of finished pharmaceutical products to end users;
5. Statement that economic operator will perform quality control of each batch of imported drugs, according to the Law on drugs and medical devices;
