B – rating for performance engineers in the field of electrical engineering – (minimum two engineers)

— References – minimum three contracts

Statement of technical facilities that will be used to perform the activities of a specific area (hired personnel and equipment).

Technical equipment:

— Vehicle for transporting people and materials - proof driving license of the economic operator.

— Special Vehicle – Corp – maximum height d = 13 m , with proof driving license in the name of economic operator.

— Special Vehicle – crane – (if participating in the Municipality of Bitola) maximum height d = 13 m with proof driving license in the name of economic operator.

— Statement certifying that the staff hired to execute the contract will keep the same level for the entire duration of the contract.

— Elements of the contract which the economic operator intends to subcontract to third parties.

— European quality certificates from the manufacturer according to the materials requested in the technical specification

— The contracting authority to supervise the quality of bulbs by measuring power each bulb w – meter and a statement that you use bulb needed power.

— The contracting authority will control the type and characteristics of the equipment regularly and randomly.

Every tenderer that has legal interest for getting the public procurement contract and who suffered or could suffer damage from potential breach of the provisions of this Law, can ask for legal remedy against the decisions, actions and omissions for undertaking actions by the Contracting authorities in the procedure for granting the Public Procurement Contract, in compliance with the conditions and procedure provided with the Public procurement Act. The right to an appeal in a procedure that ends with an auction in terms of determining the capacity of the tenderers and full evaluation of the initial tenders is accomplished after reaching the decision for selection of the most favourable tenderer or annulment of the procedure.
