— Declaration by the economic operator that in the last five years he was not pronounced a verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Confirmation that it is not a subject to bankruptcy procedure…

— Confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country in which the economic operator is registered;

— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that it has not been imposed a minor…

… penalty ban on participation in public bidding procedures, granting contracts and agreements for public private partnership;

… penalty- temporary or permanent prohibition for performing professional activity;

— Confirmation that it has not imposed a sanction by verdict — prohibition on performing a profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

In order to prove the ability for performing professional activity, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— Document for registered activity, as an evidence that it is registered as a legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the Public procurement contract, or evidence that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in compliance with the regulations of the country it is registered in.

— License B for a constructing performing at the Second category according to the Law on Construction in Republic of Macedonia (Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia no. 130/2009, 124/2010, 18/2011, 36/2011, 54/2011, 13/2012, 144/2012, 25/2013, 79/2013, 137/2013, 163/2013, 27/2014, 28/2014, 42/2014, 115/2014 and 149/2014).
