— proof that it is registered as a legal or natural person who performs the function related to subject matter of contract of public procurement or proof that it belongs to appropriate professional association according to regulations of the country where it is registered.

— notification for the elements of the contract which the economic operator has intention to deliver to manufacturer.

— statement of the economic operator that it possesses minimum 15 qualified employees with working experience for quality performing of the contract.
