Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:
— A declaration by the economic operator that in the last 5 years it was not rendered a verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— Confirmation that no bankruptcy proceedings by the competent authority;
— Confirmation that no liquidation procedure by the competent authority;
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established;
— Confirmation from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that have not been imposed minor penalty…
… ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and agreements for public-private partnership;
… for temporary or permanent prohibition of a specific activity;
— confirmation that with the final verdict have not been imposed misdemeanour's sanction — prohibition of professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

Техничка и професионална способност:
— List of major works of the bidders made in the last 3 years (2011, 2012 and 2013) with the value, date, buyers (contracting authorities and economic operators), by providing a 5 confirmations for performed works.
— Statement of educational and professional qualifications of the economic operator or its managerial staff, especially those who are responsible for carrying out specific tasks;
— M1/M2 Form as proof of the number of staff and their qualifications, copy of diploma education and certificate by the Employment Agency not older than 3 days prior to bid opening and a copy of the authorization B for construction in the area of electrical engineers (is acceptable authorization of higher category).

— Statement of technical equipment that the bidder has available to perform the concrete work. In addition to provide a list of available equipment and other physical facilities:
— 2 special vehicles with the hanging baskets,

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
— at least 5 realized contracts executed work of the same kind in the last 3 years (2011, 2012 and 2013);
— a minimum of 10 employees, of which 5 with the electrical profession, 2 electrical engineers with the authorization B for construction in the field of electrical engineering;
— at least 5 employees to have certificate of competency for handling with HIAB and hydraulic platform issued by the authorized organization.
— economic operator should have the following equipment:

— Apparatus for measuring the resistance of the grounding.

Guarantee for quality performance of the contract
The economic operator shall provide performance guarantee of the contract in the form of bank guarantee.
The amount of the performance guarantee of the contract is 10 % of the value of the contract. The guarantee should be valid for the entire duration of the contract, or the economic operator is obliged to submit a bank guarantee valid for 12 months for the first year of the importance of the framework agreement and will need to renew on every 12 months, and 14 days early before the expiration of its validity.

The performance guarantee of the contract shall be returned to the contractor within 14 days from the date of full completion of the contract.

Paying the price for each shipment will be executed separately in legally defined term, but no later than 60 days after submission of an invoice.
An integral part of the invoice is the minutes signed by an authorized person of the contractor and the authorized representative of the Municipality of of Stip and the written purchase order of the Municipality of Stip.
