To demonstrate the ability to perform professional activity, the economic operator should submit:

— Document registration activity (DRD iliPotvrda form for registered activity issued by the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia), as evidence that it is registered as a legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the contract or evidence that belongs to the appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered, and

— Proper license ‘B’ for a lecture at the second category, according to the Construction Law issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, and in case of foreign bidder shall submit a certificate that can perform constructions of second category, issued by the appropriate authority state administration responsible for the work of spatial RM, under Article 42 of the building, as evidence of meeting the special requirements for the activity in soglasnost prescribed by law relating to the subject matter of the contract.

Note:

In case the economic operator to submit independent bid, it is necessary to possess and deliver the supply license ‘B’ performance of buildings from the second category.

In case the economic operator to submit a joint bid (offer from a group of bidders), each member of the group who will perform the works needs to have a license ‘B’ performance of buildings from the second category and submit it with the offer.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

To qualify as capable of performing the contract for public procurement in terms of its economic and financial situation, the economic operator must meet the following minimum requirements in sections as follows:

— That has achieved a minimum 15 000 000 MKD annual turnover in the last three (3) years for each year separately;

— Proof of relevant insurance professional risk.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Report from the balance sheet and the data from the income statement confirmed by the Central Registry of RM (if bidder participates on several parts shall meet the requirements for economic and financial situation collectively for all parts of that part); tribute to relevant insurance professional risk.

Техничка и професионална способност:

To qualify as capable of performing the contract for public procurement in terms of its technical or professional ability, the economic operator must meet the following minimum requirements:

— List of works executed by the bidder in the last three (3) years with the values, dates and suppliers (reference list)

— Statement on the technical staff and professional staff:

— at least 15 workers employed

— at least 3 employees with civil engineers Authorization B engineering performance of construction

— at least one employee architect authorization B engineering performance of architecture

— at least 1 employed electrical engineer with engineering Authorization B Performance of Electrical

— Minimum 4 employees building technicians verified with M1 / M2 form or contract commitment

Description of the technical facilities and equipment available

— Minimum Necessary equipment:

1 (a) truck to transport material

Two (2) tipper trucks

Two (2) Hilton

1 (a) compressor

2 (two) machines shredder / Circulars

1 (a) machine for breaking asphalt and concrete

Two (2) rollers

2 (two) machines for digging

2 (two) loaders

1 (a) electric generator

— Dynamic plan for the organization and execution of work.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— A list of the works executed by the bidder in the last three (3) years with the values, dates and suppliers (reference list);

— Submission of a statement on the technical staff and professional staff in addition to copy controls:

— M1 / M2 form of 15 workers or Certificate of Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia on the number of employees with the supplier or contract engagement with the supplier proving their availability (in addition to M1 / M2 form or Confirmation of Agency employment of Macedonia).

— M1 / M2 form or contract commitment for at least three civil engineers employed or engaged with the supplier with a copy of the authorization B engineering performance of construction.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

As part of the offer, the bidder should provide a bid guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee amounting to 3 % of the tender value, excluding VAT.

Warranty shall be submitted in original.

The guarantee is in the form of a bank guarantee issued by a reputable banking institution selected by the economic operator. The contracting authority shall accept all banks.

The contracting authority may collect the tender guarantee if the bidder:

— Withdraws his tender before the period of its validity;

— Do not accept the correction of arithmetic errors by the commission;

— Did not sign the contract or

— Do not provide a performance guarantee of the contract.

Bid shall be valid for not less than 14 days after the date of expiry of the offer.

In exceptional cases, the contracting authority may ask tenderers to extend the validity period of the tender guarantee.

Bid shall be returned to the bidders who are not selected for the lowest within its validity period.

Bid the bidder whose bid winner shall be returned after you sign the contract and shall furnish the performance guarantee of the contract.

Warranty shall be submitted in original, by the date and time set as the deadline for submission of bids.

Други посебни услови:

— In the last 5 years, the bidder has not been rendered a verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— The bidder is not in bankruptcy or liquidation procedure;

— The bidder has paid all taxes and other public charges;

— The tenderer has not been stated ban on participation in public tender procedures, the award of public supply contracts and public-private partnerships;

— The tenderer has not been imposed minor penalty temporary or permanent prohibition of professional activity;

— The tenderer has not been imposed sanction — ban on performing profession, activity or duty, or prohibition on specific activity and

— The bidder is obliged to provide accurate data and to present the information required by the contracting authority.
