Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— A declaration by the economic operator in the last 5 years has not been rendered final judgement for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Confirmation that no bankruptcy proceedings the competent authority;

— Confirmation that no bankruptcy proceedings for liquidation by the competent authority;

— Receipt for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country in which the economic operator is established;

— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that have been imposed minor penalty…

… ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and agreements for public-private partnership;

… temporary or permanent prohibition to the professional activity;

— Confirmation that the verdict does not sanction — prohibition on performing a profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

— Document for registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a legal entity performing activities related to the subject to the the contract or proof that they belong to a relevant professional association in accordance with the regulations to the the country where it is registered,

— To determine the ability to perform professional activity economic operators are required to submit proof of meeting the specific requirements for the activity provided by law or to submit:

— License for preparation of urban plans in accordance with the Law on Urban Planning and

— Authorization for the preparation of plans or urban planner, signed to the plan documentation in accordance with the Law on Urban Planning of persons who will be responsible for carrying out the service.

Alternative of the bank guarantee is a statement about the seriousness of the offer which is given in the tender documents, Annex 6.

Главни услови за финансирање и аранжмани за плаќање и/или упатување на релевантните одредби што ги уредуваат:

1. -100 % Of the value of the service of making urban planning documentation will be paid within 30 days after submission of the invoice. The invoice is submitted after the adoption of the draft plan by the Council of the Municipality of Stip.

2. 100 % of the value will be paid within 30 days after receiving the invoice and four (4) copies in paper of the report from the expert revision.

Authorized representatives of the economic operators to the public opening must have an authorization signed by the authorized person of the economic operator.
